Wanted to get my nails done after my flight. This place took walk ins. I called prior to coming, waited about 10 mins and got me a powder done. Loved it. Very small and intimate place
I've been getting my nails professionally done for over a decade and this was the ABSOLUTE WORST mani/pedi of my life! No attention to detail. They got polish on my skin. Barely cut any cuticle. They do everything in a rush. Terrible customer service. AND they're overpriced. Look closely at the pics. I hate doing negative reviews but this place is just awful.
I’ve been going to Natural Nails for almost 4 years and receive the best service and welcoming environment every time I go. Tried to go somewhere else and was definitely disappointed and returned to the best crew ever!!! This image is about two weeks old but I’ve received so many compliments on this set. It was the perfect natural look for celebrating my birthday and being apart of a wedding. I love it!!
I came across this place and thought to try them out. I needed my old acrylics off. Before I came, I called and asked about pricing for a soak off and was given the amount.
Once I arrived, I was asked three times what I wanted. Told them I needed to soak the old nails off. Do you know that he did not do what I asked? He took a false nail to pry the old nails off! I told him that it was hurting. He tells me to relax my hand. No I didn’t ask for this! Isn’t prying your old acrylics off with a false nail unsanitary and unsafe? Didn’t listen to the customer. Don’t go here if your requests aren’t met.
Okay, I'll preface this by saying I've only had my nails done twice in my life, both of them here, and Both of those times at the nagging of my fiance. Now, We have tried other places, but this is where she, someone who gets her nails done often prefers to go.
I was in town for 1 month on business and knew that I would need to get my nails done a few times. In advance, I shopped around, reading reviews online and decided to give This Place a shot. They were amazing! Just like the salons I'm used to, back home in Denver. They're prices are great, the service was excellent and my nails looked amazing -- will definitely return next time I'm in town!
Absolutely no COVID-19 preventative measures besides masks. No skipped seats. No 6-feet between clients. The pedicure was great until she asked me 4 TIMES if the socks behind the massage chair were mine. After telling her NO each time, she stopped during my salt scrub, picked up the nasty socks, showed them to me, asked AGAIN, then proceeded my pedicure after picking up those NASTY socks. She did NOT change gloves nor wash hands. Something so relaxing turned cringey!!! Full set from Ryan was great until he literally filed off all of the acrylic! The nails were so thin, they felt like they were cracking & breaking as he filed. Literally feels like just a nail tip and nail hardener. He halfway put the acrylic on, barely on the edge of nail. (See photos) I didn’t even want him to polish. I was ready to leave!!! From the thin nails to the “dirty sock from a stranger” pedicure. I will never come back. Ruined my relaxation day.
I had the pleasure of having Snow do my nails today (they look AMAZING) and a great pedicure (I'll spare you the pictures of my tiny toes lol) last week!! They definitely made a regular customer out of me! I would HIGHLY recommend this nail salon!
