When I entered I was greeted by a lovely, soft spoken woman. Everything was fine until I told the owner the polish on my toes were sloppy. She began raising her voice at me as if i was a child. She informed me she would not complete the service until I paid. I gave her $20 and she insisted I paid the full amount of $45 and she would finish the service. When told her no and she called the police.
When the police arrived she told them I didn’t want to pay for my service, in which that wasn’t true. As the police and I attempt to come to a resolution to clean the polish off my skin and apply a clear coat. The owner refused saying my service was complete.
Informing me they’ve been in business for 30 years. If so you should be able to conduct yourself as a business owner, while speaking to your consumer with respect. If I’m paying you to do a service and I’m telling you I am unhappy, why are you becoming offended?
The police allowed me to leave because she refused to complete the service and I did nothing wrong as a consumer. You can’t ask for the full price while refusing to complete the service. Extremely unprofessional I do not recommend.
It was my first spa pedicure experience and the black lady (didn't get her name) did a marvelous job at removing my callous. The leg & foot massage was professionally done - very relaxing. All the while sitting in a back massaging chair. It was heavenly!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon.....been a customer for yearrrrrrs!!!! Happy to see Rose and Tony relax, chill and enjoy the fruits of their labor after years of providing the BEST nail services in the Valley!! They should be proud of their new staff. Tor and Troi are passionate, meticulous and amazing!!

I've been going to their shop for at least 5 years & have never had an issue concerning my nails. You must call for appointments & children aren't allowed. This makes for a relaxing environment. ????????????
I always go here to get my nails done. They come out great every time
When I first arrived to this salon I was hesitant; there was broken glass scattered on the floor outside and I said oh boy. But seriously my manicure is SO cute and I am SO impressed that they clean between every client, take temps, and social distance. They are taking corona seriously and they do good work for a good price. Worth it IMO.
