Furthermore, they imply that one brother displayed racial bias. Such incidents could lead to customer dissatisfaction and undermine the store's reputation.

Without specific details, it is challenging to assess the exact impact of his absence, but it implies that the business may have suffered in terms of quality or customer service.
In conclusion, St Paul Park Auto Parts has strengths such as the best prices in town, reliable staff, a well-stocked inventory, and the ability to provide both used and new OEM parts. These strengths help attract customers who appreciate affordability and personalized assistance. However, there are weaknesses to consider, including cleanliness concerns, inconsistent pricing, potential racial bias, concerns about the quality of electronic parts, and negative changes since Kenny's departure. Addressing these weaknesses would be essential for the store to maintain and improve its reputation in the auto parts industry.

Best prices in town for auto parts. Dirty Dave will find what you need. Even if he don’t have it right away. He will do his best to get it within a few hours.
I like the parts that you get from this place but the office that place is disgusting I've seen dead mice old food spoiled food and I don't know if they're brothers and sister but one of them is racist the one that sits closest to the window he told me one price and the other brother told me another price and the one by the window was like you people are always trying to get stuff half off or don't want to pay I just wanted the price that I was told I was going to pay you get there then it's a different price I think the two brothers are kind of senile the place is just really dirty but I guess
This place is not like any place else. The prices are unbeatable. Owner's are super nice. Always an experience. A gem.
If I could give this dive a poor excuse of a business a worldwide scale 1-10 ratio I'd drop it -10 Thanks to smart Rick. Any electronical part is garbage. Parts are cheap, but I'd rather have a part that'll last. I'd Highly suggest going somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. A lot has changed for the worst since Kenny passed
You can buy both used and new OEM parts from this place. These guys are elderly experienced team and willing to help. They are equipped with a good inventory system and also organized
Always have my parts. Always have the lowest prices. Be patient and things go a lot faster.
The old couple working here are pretty cool. They have saved me hundreds of dollars. This last trip paid $147 for parts. I'm blessed to have a brother mechanic. The dealer wanted 1,300+ for the work. To outside eyes it looks messy but he sells used and brand new parts. They find what you need in there no problem and if they don't have it they can order it and have it delivered to them. That place is pretty cool. They make me want to learn how to fix my own car.
Great place the drive is well worth it for their prices which are unreal!
