She did pretty good. She was the only one available. This seems to be normal for this location, previous times I just left. It would be just to have more employees.
I got acrylic nails with gel and acrylic polish on toenails. It was a quick process once started but I’m surprised at the price because I came in with clear nails ready to go. It was $81.00 when I previously paid $70. I should have Said something because I just thought about it. Anyway moving forward, I will be paying more attention, that would be very bad service if overcharging people for fun. And I have 20% tip which was already pretty much taken it looks like, not cool.
That’s why I rate it a 3.
Other than that they usually seem to do good work with the nails.I’ll come back sometimes but I’ll be trying other places more. I found a black owned nail woman wit her own business that charges a fair price of $70 and I get s more thorough service and even my toes were shaped up and taken care of. My toes already chipped twice wven sitting under that lights for a while.
I used to love this place wouldn’t allow anyone else to touch my nails. When the husband worked there everything was smooth but now that it’s only the wife it’s always an issue. I have stopped coming and even come back to try again and always the same thing. You make an appointment and she comes when she wants or has someone in the chair. Messed a nail up went to get it fixed she closing early come back the next day and she says she’s not opening til late. Her attitude is not up to par for the prices she is charging and doesn’t offer consistent hours. Love the colors and work but the consistency and customer service is a problem. If you have a regular you should accommodate.
So I haven't been here in years due to this same reason. I hate bulky nails she placed them on crooked took them off then basically piled acrylic so much the nails are bulked. Was going back for pedi and add designs but I won't be back these were my birthday nails really simple but they're so big
Before going in for my service I called and told the lady exactly what I wanted and she gave me a solid price of 90$. When I got there she changed the price and was overcharging me for short acrylic nails with natural color only for 52$ with no pedicure included. I also got my toes done and she also charged me 59 for white toes. Not only that but they are crooked and one of the acrylics is chipped. I’ve been here before and always had a good experience however i’m not satisfied at all today. I will be removing everything and want my money back.
Let me tell you a little something lol. I went to K Nails off Concord Rd. and I told the guy exactly what I wanted (sh-medium sized THIN almond shape). He gave me long, THICK coffin shaped nails because he said they would look better. I’m convinced he didn’t know how to do any other shape. I wanted thin to look natural. he messed them up, went back the next day and STILL couldn’t fix what they did AND they over charged me ! Went to Paris Nails and told them exactly what I wanted and she did it PERFECTLY. She fixed the mess up and charged me HALF of what they did ! I was beyond excited and LOVED them !!!! They took care of me based on my needs and wants. Definitely FOREVER going here.
Worst pedicure ever tech was completely lazy or overworked. She had an attitude the whole time. Poor customer service. My feet afterwards did NOT feel like I received a pedicure, let alone a deluxe. Janet was super nice . She was sweet to my daughter . I got up to put my hair in a pony tail. I was told to leave the salon to do that . She walked up to make sure I didn’t leave hair in the sink! That’s weird people aren’t allowed to put their hair in a pony tail. She acted as if I was getting a sew in done or something . Prices were overpriced. It makes sense why we were the only customers here in the over 2 hours we were here. I will NEVER RETURN HERE. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!
I received a gift card to this place and I haven’t gotten my nails done since I’ve been in this area so I went today. It was awesome!! friendly. The place is beautiful, clean, welcoming and comfortable. This will definitely be my go to nail place! She took her time on my pedicure and my ombré nails and the owner made sure I was comfortable the entire time. < Check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!
Such a pleasurable experience. I haven't had my nails done in years. They were helpful in deciding how i should have them done. They explained all the options. Loved it. Thank you so much!
