I have lived here in Las Vegas for three years and it took 2 1/2 of those years to find this place. My first visit I walked in to have my eyebrows done. Lily took me right in. I have NEVER had anyone do my eyebrows so flawlessly, friends thought I had micro blading done...no just a phenomenal wax. I was so impressed, I scheduled an appointment for later that day for a mani / pedi....OMG, I was in heaven. Lily is very detailed with her work. She did more than what I even expected. She was so thorough with every aspect of my service I literally cried tears of joy. I do have to say that while getting my nails done, I have seen walk ins being ignored and just looked at as if they should not be there, that is a down side. I would not trade Lily for anything, I LOVE her, when I come in I know I can relax and not have to micromanage her, she makes me very comfortable and I trust her with my well needed self care. Word of advice, make an appointment, even though the sign says walk ins welcome, everyone is busy with clients who made appointments
I’ve been going to this nail salon for years. Today I was in there for a pedicure and the gentleman that assisted me was very upset since the beginning. He was being very rough. When I asked if he could cut my nails shorter he said he couldn’t because it was my skin. Then when he would ask for me to put my feet in the water he would slap my foot a bit hard. I didn’t say anything as it’s really hard to comunícate with him. All the sudden before he put on the top coat, he asked me to pay by bringing the card machine. When he ask “TIP” I answered no ( Since I always tip cash) he got up and left with out finishing my toes. Sad because I have referred so many friends and family to the salon.
Usually go here every month and after calling and making an appointment for 4 people to get manicure and pedicure the lady wants to lie and said i never called n made an appointment i called somewhere else and still denied it after i showed her the number i called... They were busy and couldn't do all of us then and thats the time we needed it for, hint calling and making an appointment. They lost loyal customers that come every month... Shame on them
It was my first time to get my pedi & nails done at Nevada Nails! they were nice. Their skills are good too! Quick and perfect!
Polished both baby toes with polish around cuticle. Large toe had slight ding in it.
Lily is phenomenal. I've been told many times that I am really picky, but Lily just does such a phenomenal job that I don't really have to say anything, she just gets my nails right every time.
I noticed some things that were clear signs of bad upkeep and hygiene. I had brought someone with me that their nails were done so messy. When she asked to get them fixed, but she made excuses. They have a just get by and over it vibe. I was not thrilled about my hands and feet as well. I had to ask for a lot of corrections with messy polish edges. My tech wasn't as rude though. He did correct his mistakes. I don't like how my pal was treated.
Read the previous bad comments, they are on point. I hope they try to step their game up, I am an advocate of small business. I take no pleasure in having to write a review like this, but we are talking about hands and feet here. You can't be too careful! ????
They do not honor their appointments. Also the worker was very rude. When I arrived she told me it was going to be 30 minutes after my appointments and just turned and walked away. I will never ever recommend any one for this nail salon. It's not very clean either.
