As Im sitting here right now, Carlos is cutting my son Kyan’s hair. We came in as a walk in becauee Kyan was having a rough morning, I decided to treat him to some macarons at The Loaded Goat and then get his hair cut next door at New Era. Carlos has never cut his hair before, but he immediately made him (and me) comfortable. Not only did he ask me AND my son what we both wanted, he proceeded to make small talk with my son
While cutting his hair; asking him his name, grade, and where he grew up. Carlos doesn’t know that my son is autistic and has trouble talking to strangers and even making small talk, plus suffers from an anxiety disorder. He couldn’t get a hair cut without screaming and crying the whole time just a year ago, nor could I brush through his hair. He made the process seamless and I am almost in tears I am so happy. I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming my son and making him feel so comfortable. You truly have no idea how much your kind gestures mean to some, and how far a simple soft hand and voice will go with others.
This is a top tier barbershop; anyone who’s cut my sons hair has been amazing, but Carlos has went above and beyond.

Jazos is an absolute artist!! What he managed to do to my beard no other has been able to. He's got a client for the life of this beard for sure.
Brought my two boys here today. Called first. No wait. Oldest son had Chris who did a great job. Younger son had a man but didn’t get his name has curly hair. Both were great. Place was professional not uncomfortable at all. All of them were respectful and had a sense of humor! Haven’t been to a barber shop in years but they enjoyed it. Definitely will be back and prices are good.
Awesome barbershop experience. Easy parking across the street, friendly staff, and has the classic barbershop atmosphere to it. One of the best haircuts I've ever received.
Normally when I go the woman cuts my hair(i dont remember her name) the man next to her did it and the entire back of my head is covered in razor burns and bumps it hurts and its so ugly. Very disappointed with the experience
These guys are seriously top notch barbers.... Everytime you sit down you get a professional cut, fade, etc, and their straight razor work is crazy clean. Definitely worth a visit.
Go only to be helped by Dominic but leave with a feeling and sense of camaraderie and belonging with an old world neighborly good-natured vibe and great service plus you look absolutely spectacular when he's done with you every time and have great conversation all the while that will leave fantastic memories in your mind for the ages!
