Literally my worst nail salon experience Ever! My First & last time coming here. Workers are unprofessional and the quality of work is not what’s expected. Took the tech 25-30 mins just to apply nails which we’re lop sided. Pic below. She used these clear nails which I’ve never seen because she liked them better. I inquired about a nail design and was told it would cost $85. After asking about their prices being so high compared to the prices displayed on the wall I was told by the same tech it’s old prices & due to her using a powder which I didn’t ask for she never applied btw & the length of my nails which I asked for medium length (pictured below) but was told I was being charged for long nails. So I then asked her to cut them shorter use regular acrylic & no design. Shortly after I was asked to leave. Nasty attitudes and I would never refer anyone here. Especially those of darker skin tones! Ended up going to Leo’s Nails in the Bronx which ended up costing me $20 less for exactly what I wanted! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. Their rating is false advertisement!

I usually never get my nails done and when I finally did, I’m glad I had them done at Nancy Nails. Showed them a photo of what I wanted and they executed the design perfectly!❤️
Lin and Tony are amazing. Everyone is always so kind. Been visiting them for over 5 years. If there is ever a problem they are always willing to fix it. The whole staff are amazing. I went somewhere else once because they were very busy and I was being impatient and was not happy with where I went.
I regretted doing so as it cost me more and the quality was not up to par. I won't go anywhere else again. Thank you to the entire staff for taking such good care of me. I appreciate you all.
Had virgin nails before wanting to try something different. I am now a routine SNS fill-in mani / gel pedi customer here, and get compliments on the unique artistry of the nail design. You definitely want to go in knowing exactly what you are asking for (a picture helps), but will not be disappointed with the technicians employed by Tony, and his wife, Lynn. I wish I could give 4.5 stars, but the wait is atrocious during peak hours. They do not accept appointments, but are loyal to their regulars. Best nail techs in all of Westchester, and reasonably priced too!
I've been looking for a nail salon in my area for years and came across this Nancy Nails a few months ago...The owner is AMAZING and always welcoming. The last time I came here the lady that took care of me had a attitude. I brushed it off. So today I came in for a mani and a filling and the same lady took care of me. She still had a attitude and was aggressive with my hands and told me I went somewhere else to do my nails, which I haven't. Asked her to do a design and she got a attitude and started to rush me and told me that I am taking up her time.
I ENDED UP NOT GETTING THE DESIGN I WANTED AND SHE DIDNT DO MY NAILS RIGHT, MY NAILS WHICH ARE NATURAL ARE NOW CROOKED. Thank God I atleast like the color.
Now I have to come back and pay again to get my nails done right. I will not be going back to her!

My first time experience at New Nancy was amazing. Lin & David made me feel so welcomed from the second I walked in. I worked with Alex for my pedicure and was so impressed with his patience and work! Then I worked with Tony-I gave him an idea with an ombré SNS to start and he blew me away with his professionalism and attention to detail. I’m obsessed with my nails!
I have come here before and had no problem with my nails. Today I had a full set done and was charged 50 dollars. I asked the lady before applying the acrylic if she was going to apply primer and she said she did that already. She did not. I am a licensed cosmetologist and also educated on how do acrylic nails. So my 50 dollar nails will very well lift quickly and that's not fair.
I was also decent enough to still pay a ten dollar tip because I always keep myself on the level God wants me on.
Primer is essential to prevent lifting.
Because I'm quiet and don't like conflict doesn't mean I'm stupid and unaware of people's lying and shiest.
