Would have been a good experience but they tried to slick me. I was charged for a full set when all I got was a overlay in my natural nails! Then the guy said that rang me out charged me for a pedicure I did not get! When I told the owner I didn’t receive that one she asked the lady that did my pedicure like I had a reason to lie. They should really watch out for him because he seems so be a liar and if he will steal $5 he will steal more. The man that did my overlay was ok but his energy could be much better. Now for the lady that did my pedicure she was very nice and I would return just because she was a sweet soul and she did a great pedicure. Here’s my advice. Ask for your itemized receipt! That’s how you will know what they are really charging you. They also do not have posted prices which means they can tell anybody anything which is a terrible business practice. I’m from Chicago and I don’t know how they do things in Nevada but I would rather support people that business in a honest fashion. Tip:ask the prices up front they know what they are doing ????????
I went in for a gel polish change as a walk-in 30 minutes before they closed. I called asking if they would accept me before I showed up and they said they would. The person I got was very nice and very friendly. Unfortunately she was rushing. She rushed through the nail polish so fast she had to fix my thumb because it did not dry properly. Upon inspecting my nails after leaving there were air bubbles and another nail didn't properly dry. Plus I went in to repair a nail. She didn't do anything. She just painted over it. She didn't charge me for the repair but she didn't fix the nail either. Never going back again.
Very good work and can get you in fairly quick. Lots of good colors you can chose from and the pricing isn’t too bad in my opinion. Tammy is soft spoken so it can be heard to understand what she’s saying but she’s very sweet and does great work.
Absolutely love this place. Yes the wait can be a little frustrating, but I will always wait an hour here rather than go to any other nail salon. They actually take their time and treat you well. I always tried new places, but once I found this place, it’s absolutely worth every minute.
Called to get a last minute appointment. They were very friendly on the phone and were able to fit me in! I walked in to a warm welcome and was seated right away. The nail salon is clean, smells amazing and the staff was super friendly. My nails look amazing as well. I will be back!
Ive been coming to this nail salon for weeks and i LOVE it here, ive never left unhappy and they always hook me up ????
I went to that place twice they were professional and thorough with their work.. lady (owner) was there both days...
3rd time I called in the morning saying I would like to be there around 5, lady who answered the phone took my name but no name on the computer I guessed... when I arrived, no one say hi or nothing all busy with customer.. then sat down.. later came 2white ladies said hello to them.. another came got a hello..
anyway, one tech (lady) came to the computer and I got up to say I have an appointment.. she didn't believe me I said check the computer she didn't care less.. and asked me "you came to lie?" didn't pay attention asked her to check again and told me to go there and sit... but I asked her "did you say, I came to lie?" she realized what she did wrong and I didn't care to sit there and wait to be abused emotionally, I left.. and got it done right away from another place... I understand some have language problems but should not be accused!
The ladies at this shop, I just love their vibes.. they make sure what you paid for is what you get… customer service excellent!!!
