Quick Facts About Pho Ly Asian Cuisine
Pho Ly Asian Cuisine has received overall positive feedback from customers with several strengths highlighted. Firstly, many customers have praised the friendly service and the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff is described as nice and the fact that it is a small family business adds to the authentic and personalized experience. Additionally, the generous portions of food have been commended by multiple reviewers. Customers appreciate the value for money they receive, indicating that the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes provided.
The quality and authenticity of the food are also highly praised. Customers who have Vietnamese backgrounds or have experienced Vietnamese cuisine in other locations mention that Pho Ly Asian Cuisine meets their expectations in terms of both taste and authenticity. The use of fresh ingredients is appreciated, particularly in dishes like spring rolls which many customers recommend. The broth, a key component of pho, is also complimented, with multiple reviewers expressing their satisfaction with its flavor.
Another strength mentioned is the variety of menu options available. Customers have tried various dishes, including spring rolls, different types of pho, fried rice, lemongrass chicken, and egg noodle soup, all of which are mentioned as being solid and delicious. This indicates that Pho Ly Asian Cuisine offers a diverse range of dishes that cater to different tastes and preferences.
The frequency of return visits from customers is also worth considering as a strength. Several reviewers mention returning to the restaurant multiple times during their stay in the area, highlighting the restaurant as a place they enjoy revisiting. This suggests that Pho Ly Asian Cuisine has built a loyal customer base and leaves customers with a positive impression.
However, there are some criticisms and weaknesses that should be addressed. One reviewer expressed disappointment with their pho experience, describing the broth as lacking flavor and the noodles as slimy and unpleasant. The quality of the bean sprouts and vegetables is also criticized as being brown and limp, which suggests a lack of freshness. Additionally, the reviewer suggests that the portion size may have been imbalanced, with too many noodles and not enough broth. This negative review stands in contrast to the overwhelmingly positive feedback from other customers and highlights the need for consistent quality control in the restaurant.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer is the lack of fresh Thai tea. This customer suggests that brewing fresh tea rather than using bottled or canned options would greatly improve the taste of the beverage. This may indicate a need for improvement in the selection of non-alcoholic drink options and the attention to detail in preparing them.
Lastly, one negative comment cites the taste of the broth as being chemical-like and the absence of traditional accompaniments like lettuce, jalapenos, and sprouts with the egg rolls. This indicates a potential inconsistency in the taste and presentation of certain dishes, which may impact the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Pho Ly Asian Cuisine possesses several strengths, including friendly service, generous portions, affordable prices, and positive feedback on the quality and authenticity of the food. However, there are some areas that need improvement, such as consistency in broth flavor and noodle quality, as well as attention to detail in the presentation of dishes and beverage options. By addressing these weaknesses, Pho Ly Asian Cuisine can continue to build on their positive reputation and maintain their loyal customer base.

Stopped by for lunch on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised. The people here are so nice and the food was great. We got the spring rolls (10/10 recommend), the special pho and the lemongrass chicken over rice. The portions are generous and everything was delicious!
I'm Viet and from LA, so I didn't have high expectations but this place sold me on all fronts: quality, authenticity, generous portions, prices, and friendly service. Also loved that this was clearly a small family business. Even in our brief time here, it is clear that the locals frequent this place (and are known by name). We had the fried rice, various phos (really like how thinly they slice the beef eye round (in the pho tai), and the house special egg noodle soup. All solid. Broth was excellent. Came here both on the way up to Glacier NP and on the way back. Dined in and took some for takeout. 10/10 recommend this place.
We were visiting the area for 8 days. Stopped here on our second night. It was so good we came back two more times. I had the tofu pho every time and my husband got various beef phos. We also got the spring rolls each time. Delicious and fresh ingredients and great service. Kudos!
I finally got to try this place for the first time (actually as I'm writing this review) and it's to die for! I will definitely be eating here more often.
I stayed glacier area for like 3 days and I came 3 times.
I have eaten A LOT of pho, in many many cities and towns in the country. Check my other reviews, I review pho pretty fairly. This was just so bad. The broth was lacking flavor, tasted bouillon based, not beef bones with spices. The noodles tasted slimy and like they were cooked in dish water, they tasted really bad. The bean sprouts were brown, not fresh at all, I rinsed them twice and they were still brown and limp. I asked for a large, and they gave me 2 times the amount of noodles and only half the amount of broth. The meat was okay, but the veggies were also really bad, the veggies were cut into shreds, it felt like eating what you throw in the pot as a soup starter. I’m so disappointed, this was the first time I’ve had pho in 2 weeks and it was terrible!!! I am throwing most of it away, total waste of $25. Go elsewhere!
Great pho! The Thai tea isn’t fresh though. Please brew fresh tea! It’s a world of difference of it being out of a bottle/can versus actual brewed tea.
Pretty awful, the broth tasted like chemicals and the egg rolls didn't come with the lettuce, jalapenos, sprouts that is usually served at other pho places.
