Quick Facts About Nina's Nails

Nina's Nails place, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. To understand these better, let's analyze the feedback provided.
Starting with the strengths:
1. Clean and modern salon: Multiple customers praised the cleanliness and modern decor of Nina's Nails place. This creates a positive atmosphere for customers and adds to the overall experience.
2. Friendly and efficient staff: Some customers noted that the staff at Nina's Nails place was kind, professional, and efficient in providing services like eyebrow waxing and pedicures. A friendly and professional staff can enhance the customer experience.
3. Variety of nail color selection: One commenter mentioned that there was a wide range of nail colors available at the salon. This allows customers to have more options and find a color that suits their preferences.
4. Good no chip manicure: One customer mentioned being satisfied with the no-chip manicure they received. This implies that the salon is capable of providing high-quality services in certain areas.
Moving on to the weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent quality: Multiple commenters expressed concerns about the inconsistent quality of services at Nina's Nails place. Some customers were satisfied on their initial visits but had negative experiences on subsequent visits. This inconsistency suggests a lack of attention to detail and quality control, leading to varying levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Poor nail job: Several customers mentioned experiencing issues with their nails, such as uneven shaping, acrylic residue, nails placed over the cuticles, and nails being bumpy or crooked. These issues indicate a lack of skilled nail technicians and attention to detail in providing a quality nail service.
3. Lackluster no-chip manicure: One customer complained about the quality of their no-chip manicure, stating that the nails were uneven and the polish did not cover the entire nail. This indicates a lack of expertise in applying no-chip manicures, leading to an unsatisfactory outcome.
4. Risk of infection: One customer mentioned an incident where their toe was cut while getting their cuticles trimmed. This raises concerns about proper hygiene practices and the risk of infection at Nina's Nails place. This comment highlights a potential weakness in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for customers.
5. Poor customer service: Despite some positive feedback about the staff, other customers mentioned unfriendly behavior and being dissatisfied with the customer service. This suggests a lack of consistency in the level of service provided and a potential need for improvement in customer relations.
In conclusion, Nina's Nails place has strengths such as a clean and modern salon, a friendly and efficient staff, a variety of nail color selection, and the ability to provide good no-chip manicures in some instances. However, it also exhibits weaknesses in inconsistent service quality, poor nail jobs, potential health and safety risks, and mixed feedback regarding customer service. These weaknesses need to be addressed to improve overall customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience at the salon.

Best TL Reviews

Hmm. I hate writing bad reviews but then I think back on how I appreciate some feed back. This review is solely on my experience getting a full set. Mind you the store was NOT busy so this was not a rushed job.
I’m a super positive person, and also a certified nail tech! But I do feel like my service was unfortunately not worth $55. I asked a few times for some fixes, but I think when your nail technician doesn’t care about the results... well, there’s only so much you can do at that point lol.
Messy messy messy. There’s acrylic powder residue everywhere. The nails are not shaped evenly. The edges were not filed correctly (this causes them to break). There’s residue under the nail. The top coat is spilling over the edges and acrylic was placed OVER the cuticle (this will cause lifting and creates risk for nail infections). They’re also bumpy and sadly some are very crooked.
I call Nina “my nail surgeon”she always takes care of me and does an excellent , clean and awesome job. Highly recommend her.
I went one time and had a manicure and no chip done and a pedicure and really liked the work done. I decided to go last week again as i was satisfied but unfortunately i am not anymore. Not at all! My no chip is coming off after only 7 days. Plus i didn't even like the results that day. Each nail look different
I paid enough for a good work to be done but i am really upset this time. I wish i could give 0 stars
I would rate the nail salon a 10 if I can. The salon itself beautiful, clean, and modern. As soon you come in , it is smells so clean. My nails have lasted me almost three weeks. They did my nails and took their time, which made me feel more confident that this would be my go to place from now often. Can't wait to come in again.
I co.e here all the time for my no chip manicure and a regular pedicure. Always on time and my nails always come out great!! My first time I was a walk in and they my second time was great as well but had to come I. The morning because they are not open late.. I live about 30 minutes from the salon but I wouldn't have it any other way because they do a wonderful job and they are so clean. did a very fine job.
Decoration of the salon was pretty nice, there was a lot of nail color selection, the space inside was big and spacious. The staff who was very kind, efficient, and so professional! The staff was able to wax my eyebrows perfectly and painless! Not only I really love my honey milk spa pedicure!
I cannot imagine all these 5 star reviews are real. The salon is dirty, they were not friendly, and they did horrible job on my no chip. I don’t think the lady really understands how to do no chip. None of my nails were even, some parts were super thick and others very thin. Polish wasn’t even covering the whole nail because she put cuticle oil on before the no chip. She literally slapped the polish on in about 1 minute and called it a day. It looked like a 5 year old did my nails. I was so baffled and annoyed that I just put money down to pay and left. Then I went to a different salon to have them redone. Needless to say I will never go back.
No chip looks really good.Pedicure was very relaxing I loved it. Reason for 4 stars is that im scared I'll get an infection as one my toes was cut while cuticles were being cut.
