Best TL Reviews

Top shelf facility. Very clean and spacious. Nice staff. Way better than the old building. Plenty of parking. Clean restrooms. Good job guys.
Workers are friendly and understandable as far as payment arrangements. Thanks for serving us NTUA ????????????????
Very helpful and they were kind to answer any questions I had.
Good customer service. Choice Wireless store at location.
Laziest people ever met poor customer service, lady on the phone had an attitude when the service provided was inadequate and I called to have it corrected. Don't waste money here
Paid my Choice wireless bill while visiting. Choice employees were personable and friendly. I've had bad experience with the Ft. Defiance office so I rather drive the 50 miles to have better customer service in Chinle.
Customer service personnel is all gloom, doom and fake. She was quite loud telling the cashier that a customer was upset for paying her utility bill. Fortunately, I was the only one in the lobby. I still had to wait more than 10 minutes waiting for her to return to her desk after she finally stopped gossiping about a customer. This is totally unprofessional and I hope she doesn't do that all the time
as a business we experienced the payment for services and products is very slow, 60 to 90 days before they pay for invoices. Definitely need highly trained accounts payable people.
