Quick Facts About Organic Nails

Strengths:
1. Relaxing experience: Many customers have had a relaxing experience at Organic Nails. This is an important strength as it indicates that the salon provides a calm and comfortable environment for customers.
2. Talented technicians: Several customers have praised the skills of the nail technicians, particularly Julie, Kim, Luann, and Sandy. This is a significant strength as it shows that the salon employs talented individuals who can provide high-quality services.
3. Clean and beautifully decorated salon: Multiple reviewers have mentioned that the salon is exceptionally clean and well-decorated. This is a strong point as it suggests that the salon prioritizes cleanliness and creates an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for customers.
4. Unique and sanitary dip application: One customer mentioned that the dip application process at Organic Nails is different from other salons and is more sanitary. This is a notable strength as it demonstrates that the salon goes above and beyond industry standards to ensure the safety and hygiene of their services.
5. Private party room: The presence of a private party room specifically for pedicures is highlighted as a positive aspect by one customer. This is a strength as it indicates that the salon offers additional amenities and caters to groups, such as bridal parties.
Weaknesses:
1. Rude and disrespectful staff: Several customers have mentioned encountering rude and disrespectful staff members, including one incident involving the manager. This is a significant weakness as it reflects poor customer service and can create a negative experience for customers.
2. Inconsistent quality of service: While some customers have had positive experiences with the nail technicians, others have encountered problems such as nails falling off and poorly applied polish. This is a weakness as it suggests inconsistencies in the quality of service provided by different technicians.
3. High prices: One customer mentioned that Organic Nails charges higher prices compared to their previous salon. Additionally, another customer found the $60 price for an acrylic pedicure to be too expensive, especially considering they found a similar service elsewhere for $40. This is a weakness as it indicates that the salon may be overpriced compared to competitors, potentially deterring price-sensitive customers.
4. Lack of apology and accountability: One customer had issues with their manicure, and although the salon repaired it, they never received an apology. This is a weakness as it shows a lack of accountability and customer care, which can negatively impact the salon's reputation.
5. Discrimination: One customer mentioned feeling discriminated against based on their race. They stated that they were treated disrespectfully by the manager and felt humiliated. This is a significant weakness as it showcases a serious flaw in the salon's customer service and adherence to ethical values.
Conclusion:
Organic Nails has several strengths, including providing a relaxing experience, employing talented technicians, maintaining a clean and beautifully decorated salon, offering unique and sanitary dip application, and providing a private party room. However, there are also notable weaknesses, such as encountering rude and disrespectful staff, inconsistencies in the quality of service, high prices, a lack of apology and accountability, and allegations of discrimination. These weaknesses need to be addressed in order for the salon to improve its overall customer experience and reputation.

Best TL Reviews

I almost always have a relaxing experience here. Julie does a great job and is very sweet and does good designs. However there’s one nail tech I’ve gotten once or twice who was rude to me about the state of my skin and nails. She kept making comments about how terrible they were. Yes, my feet are calloused, that’s why I’m getting a pedicure! She also complained about me wanting a design on my finger nails without acrylics. She made a big deal about how she couldn’t possibly do a design on short nails. I was switched to another tech and they did just fine. But as long as I get an appointment with the right person I’m satisfied.
I had a pedicure done. The staff, including my technician, were all friendly enough. However, I wouldn't recommend the salon. By comparison, I have received better nail and foot care elsewhere for half the price. For one example, I have never had a professional nail technician to polish my cuticles.
Good thing i did not spend money here. i came in here with my friend. i asked them about a acrylic pedicure and the lady offered to charge me $60 when at my other place its $40. then they proceeded to make rude comments about my feet and laugh about the type of pedicure i was getting and did not know i could speak their language. They did not know what an acrylic pedicure was. the employees are rude. would not spend money here.
I really was never even a nail person until I discovered Organic Nails right before my wedding. Now I am obsessed & my sisters, mom and I must go every two weeks. The salon is exceptionally clean and beautiful. Kim, Julie & Luann are SO talented and kind. My mom loves Sandy as well! Julie is meticulous in her manicures and does a perfect job every time.
Their dip application is different from other salons and is much more sanitary-and genius (you are not dipping into a community dip container, they take out enough just for you).
They also have a private party room for pedicures that is perfect for bridal parties!
I love going here for the excellent dip manicures but the awesome people make it all the better. I can’t say enough good things about Organic Nails.
Had dip, three (3) fell off the next day. I called, returned for repair. They repaired but never apologized. After repair fell off again!
Will NEVER return or recommend.
Customers should be valued and respected!
They did a wonderful job. My nails lasted just over 3 weeks with dip. The place was extremely clean and well decorated. I will definitely be returning.
The manager was very rude and disrespectful. I
called and made an appointment for my mom, 5 year old daughter , and myself. When I arrived, the nail technician were really nice and respectful. I did think it was odd that they sat us in the back room of the salon but I just thought it was due to the fact that there were a few of us. I had a lovely chat with the nail technician who were both really nice. Once my nails were finished, the nail technician offered to do my nail manicure and as I was moving to the front of the salon, the nail technician came back and told me she couldn’t do my nails. When I asked her why, she said the manger said that they could no longer service us due to the fact that my daughter screamed one time. When I calmly talked to the manger, she first lied and said that I never told her I had children which is not true because I booked an appointment for my 5 year old daughter. When I asked her again why she refuse me service for a manicure, she said it’s because my kids are screaming and making a mess and out of control, which is untrue because my kids were quiet and watching TV on their IPad. When I asked her again very calm and quiet, she yelled at me and said she couldn’t make me happy. I was humiliated! I felt disregarded and treated poorly. I’m sorry but we were the only people in the salon who were African American. The way we were treated is unacceptable and no human should be treated this way for any reason. I didn’t yell. I remained calmed and I exited the salon by apologizing, thanking the nail technician for her kindness and decided to write a review. I’m hoping this would send a message that people should be treated with respect and dignity no matter regardless the color of their skin!
This is the first review I have ever written, but it is only because I am terribly disappointed in my manicure. The salon is very clean and beautiful. It is well organized and the workers are nice and professional. The pedicure was relaxing, however the polish was not applied correctly and appears to be a little messy. I had a little bit of shellac left on my nails from a manicure a month ago and it was on the top third of each of my nails. I do not get shellac often, but I do get it on my nails two to three times per year. When he first applied the polish after removing the shellac, he said that the shellac made my nails uneven. I have never heard that before, nor has that ever happened to me in all of time using shellac and then using regular polish after shellac removal. I said that I often have a crease in my thumb due to an accident as a child and maybe that was why that nail was uneven. I quickly realized as my nails were drying that all of my nails were uneven and honestly not even fully painted within the nail bed. I ended up taking off all of the nail polish because of how messy it looked. I truly do not mind paying their prices, if the manicure and pedicure are well done! The picture below is of my nails when showing my mother and asking her if I was crazy to think that this was not done well. She very much agreed that they were poorly done. I am giving two stars because the pedicure was relaxing and the workers were nice, but I will not be going back.
