This salon is very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly. I had Ni as my technician and he did a great job. I tried other salons up here but always went home and had to re-file to my satisfaction. I didn’t have to do that with Ni! (Pic is 2 weeks growth and I can go another week too!)

I like how close they are to home, they're clean, and I love their fish tank, but yesterday, it was 33° outside, and they had no heater on inside. It was cold. Had my nails done, an acrylic fill with a V line. Three different people worked on me. Normally I wouldn't mind, but yesterday I did. Had a Polish change on toes, Told him to be careful, that I just had surgery, He cut my toe anyway, so to sit there a little bit longer in the freezing cold store, of Acute nails, in pinetop lakeside. They are not happy with me, obviously. Because none of them said goodbye except Tianna. There was a mature woman there, getting her nails done and her toes, she kept asking to be warmer, that she was very very cold, it took them 15 minutes approximately, to let her warm her hands on their little split heater unit..I didn't ask why they didn't turn the heater on, but I watched them on a Monday morning, not care for a matured woman, my bloody toe got super glued. I came home and washed it, put antibiotic and a band-aid on, I love Sam, Tiana is very friendly, two other girls that work there, are, smiles all the time!!.. it's a great store to go to, but yesterday was not a great experience. Thank you for a great job on my nails,!

Kevin was the nail tech that did my nails. He kinda rushed because I had a friend that was waiting to get their nails done by him after me. He also changed the sparkle color that I wanted, I was hoping for a rose sparkle that they had. I also wanted the whole ring finger sparkle, but he was going to stop half way. I will attach the nails I showed that I wanted VS what I got. I requested them shorter than the pic, and was happy with the length. Overall, they are still good.

They did a GREAT job on my feet. VERY expensive. It was my first pedicure in a very long time so I didn’t mind the expense. Next time will not spend so much. My wait was 30 minutes even though I was told to arrive at a certain time. They are good so they are busy! They also line the foot bath with plastic liner for each person. I saw what appeared to be an autoclave to sterilize the instruments.Cleanliness matters! Gentle. Thorough. I’m happy!

This is something new for me but a needed service now. Couldn't ask for better service. Had practically no wait time and was very professionally treated. The young lady that attended to me was very thorough, very curteous and certainly knew what she was doing.....made me feel like $M! I will certainly be going back on a regular basis.

Nail service was fine. However I cannot go there anymore because I have beautiful big foot long fish in this little aquarium where he barely has room to turn around . That is not a healthy lifestyle I don't think. Makes me a little sick when I go in…

After looking at reviews I decided this was the place to get a much needed pedicure. I've been packing and moving for over a month and, no time for myself. My feet are very happy and beautiful! Thank you!

Clean and nice staff. Allison did a good job. Have been there several times. Last time was got a different girl and she did a lousy job. Grated my feet raw in places. She definitely needs training. Did not catch her name...sorry.
