I started going to Palazzo in Acworth earlier this year and discovered a hidden gem and her name is Nicky!! She ALWAYS exceeds my expectations and does all designs freehanded. I get compliments every time I walk out the salon. She’s always super friendly, gentle with my nails, and thorough in making them look the absolute best!
Two stars given for the friendly staff, however the techs are extremely inconsistent with their technique. Quality has gone down in the last 6mo. I come here for gel pedicures only and I’d say that the ratio is about 1 good pedi for every 6/7 terrible. Most techs are extremely young and untrained, we’re talking 16-17 y/o... The girl who did mine today had no clue how to use or even hold the nail drill. She used a rough file to take off my old gel, leaving my raw nails sensitive and paper thin.. She also struggled with cuticle care and shaping. You can see the lumps and unevenness in my photo below. After several less than average experiences, I am going to have to find somewhere else. This is a $48-65 service depending on package. Too much $ to walk out the door looking like this…. The lady who oversees came and looked at my toes when they were done… I know you know that looked bad… Please train your staff to use these somewhat dangerous (hot) tools. I know they have to gain experience, but you should not expect customers to leave looking like this.. I’m not a complainer nor did I want to embarrass the tech, so I paid, tipped, and left. But I won’t be back.
First Time Going And The Customer Service Was Amazing! I Absolutely Love My Nails Nicky Was So Sweet And Gentle. Definitely Ask For Nicky !!! My Husband Also Got A Pedicure And Manicure And Raves About This Place !!! Would Rate 10 Stars If I Could.

The guy that did me and my friends nails did a horrible job. I don’t remember his name, quite frankly it wasn’t that important. He was wearing an American flag mask and he is bald. He kept asking us to stay still and was very impatient. He did a sloppy job on both of our nails. We asked for a french tip simple nail. The lines were crooked and the nail was bumpy. If I ever DO come back i will definitely not be assigned with this man.

I decided to try gel polish on my nails after having done SNS and then growing them back out to be strong again. I have never done gel polish before. The first time I went here I got a chip in the middle of my nail the very next day, though it was strange. I went back and the owner took care of me and redid them. They lasted almost 2 weeks. So yesterday, I decided to try again. Had my nails done at 4pm by 9am today 1 of my nails chipped and a second one started later today. I was not doing anything harsh today either. That's a lot of money out the window for less than 24 hours of gel polish. I'm out of town on business so had to go to target and purchase other nail polish to try and cover the chips. Super SUPER disappointing. almost $40 out the window. Not sure if this is typical but a regular manicure with regular polish would have lasted me longer (probabaly 3 days) and would have cost less. :(
Been going here for a good minute. They were amazing in the beginning. After a while, They got in new nail techs who AREN'T LICENSED and everything went down hill. Nail techs do bare minimum and this place jacked up the prices and charge for every single little thing, it’s absolutely awful. Had to go back plenty of times for them to redo/ Fix my nails. You will always walk out with your nails not done how you want and be short $80. Do not spend your money here!
