Friendly Nails Salon has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One of the main strengths mentioned is the friendly and pleasant nature of the staff. Customers appreciate the nice atmosphere and the fact that the employees are accommodating and attentive to their preferences. This is a crucial factor in retaining clients and building a positive reputation for the salon.
Another strength mentioned is the quality of the work done by some of the nail technicians. Specifically, one customer mentioned that the lady who did their nails did them exactly how they liked them. This indicates that there are skilled technicians at the salon who can meet the desired expectations of the customers.
Regarding weaknesses, there were several criticisms mentioned, including issues with the customer service, lack of skill in certain areas, and pricing concerns.
One customer complained about a male employee who was rude and did not treat them with respect. This indicates a need for improvement in customer service and interpersonal skills to create a more welcoming environment for customers.
There were also complaints about the lack of skills in performing certain services. One customer mentioned that their powder dip nails were breaking within two days, suggesting a lack of competence in performing this particular technique. Another customer expressed disappointment with the design options and limited color selection of the salon, indicating a weakness in the variety of services and products offered.
The pricing structure and transparency were also concerns mentioned. One customer indicated that the salon was not honoring the advertised price, and another customer mentioned feeling overcharged for a service that required a fix due to the technician's error. These issues suggest a need for clarity in pricing policies and consistency in delivering services.
Additionally, there were complaints regarding the timeliness of the services. One customer mentioned that the salon often opened late, causing discomfort and inconvenience for customers waiting outside. It is important for businesses to adhere to the stated opening hours to maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Lastly, there were concerns related to the quality of the work performed. One customer mentioned that their dip powder was removed improperly, resulting in damage to their natural nails. Another customer mentioned that excessive filing and sanding during a pedicure caused discomfort. These issues point to a lack of attention to detail and proper technique, which can lead to dissatisfaction and potential harm to customers.
In conclusion, while Friendly Nails Salon has some strengths such as the friendly staff and the ability to meet customer preferences, there are also weaknesses that need to be addressed. These weaknesses include issues with customer service, limited skills in certain areas, lack of variety in services and products, pricing concerns, timeliness, and quality of work. By addressing these weaknesses, the salon has the potential to improve customer satisfaction and create a more favorable reputation within the industry.

Everyone is super nice there. The last two times I went the lady who did my nails did them exactly how I like them. Can't wait to go back.
Got powderdip nails done they're all breaking within 2 days been getting them for years I think these people don't know how to do them they missed a few steps
They were a little rude! They didn't even say Hello! The one male employee who had a customer got up twice when we were trying to pick a color and rudely said, "you know the price is $19!" The sign said $15, so I did not understand that! On a positive note though, the young lady that did the actual refill was pleasant. 1st & last visit, I am paying for a service and expect to be treated in a respectable manner!
Do not ever come here they were the worst customer service is bad they don’t know how to do designs they don’t have a lot of colors in the most they have is rhinestones. My nails got green once I came here. Will never ever come back here again.
Do not go here. The pedicure was okay but anytime I’ve been here I was disappointed. This woman was nice but she removed my dip powder wrong… it’s as if she didn’t have enough patience to let the acetone melt the material and caused real life damage to my nails. I can feel that the protective layers of my nails have been drilled off and it hurts.
Honestly you get what you pay for. Their prices are relatively low, however, the quality is sad. It's rushed and it's evident. And they're not the friendliest, despite what the name of the salon might tell you. Not to mention, they always show up at least 20 minutes late while people are waiting outside when they're "supposed" to be open at 9:30am - not 9:50-10am. If that's the case, please change your hours. For some people, it's convenient. But like I said, it's the last place I'd go to if I were desperate.
I went for a pedicure and they filed and sanded down way too much it honeslty hurt little bit.. but their painting skills are good, it looked good afterwards but it definitely hurt during the process. I wouldn't bribe anyone to go here but if someone told me they were coming here I wouldn't stop them or anything. It really depends on which person you get too. But the girl I got, mostly wasn't even looking at me...she was paying attention to the other people.
I went in to get a refill. After asking for my shape to be change, it was soooo messed up. I even filed them myself which helped so much. The man who did my nails forgot to clean up the cuticle area which causes the gel polish to get onto my cuticles. I went back the next day and they fixed the cuticle part. In doing that, they filed off all the gel polish and rebuffed (so I got gel again but I changed the color) and they had the audacity to charge me $10. He claimed that had I chose the same color it would’ve been free. But no matter what polish it was, they still had to be repainted so because of that I paid $10 on top of the $24 I paid the day prior. How tf does that even make sense. I really liked them and have brought my friends there. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The other salon I go to guarantees FREE FIXES from the time you get your nails done through the first week. Not even 24 hrs later. So all in all I paid for a full set although THEY caused the error. Never again! Stay away.
