I’m not sure why but my dog left this place seemingly traumatized. She had to be cut awfully low which was understood but it was almost as if she was handled roughly during her visit. She has been lethargic and licking her paws ever since we left. In addition, her nails were left jagged and crusted in blood. Don’t take your dogs here unless you want them to be traumatized. We will not be back here during our stay in St. Robert.
Love love love this place!! They're so kind and my pups never have issues coming here. The daycare option is amazing! I work in Rolla so sometimes I drop my baby off super early and he gets to play in daycare till I am off. It's a fun day for him and he loves it! Hes a silky yorkie so he gets matted easily (I can never stay on top of it) these ladies never judge me for it ???????????? pics below before and after
Our dog Sally loves going in for hair appt. And she loves her groomer Jen. The ladies are all nice and knowledgeable and it didn't take long at all to get a regular cut that I liked on the books.
Our English bulldog loves going here for baths and weekend boarding. Always rushing trying to get in their door and gate. Always comes from grooming smelling amazing and such a soft coat.

My beloved pup has been coming to Pampered Paws for over 6 years. We have never had anything other than a great, nay, amazing experience. My pup always looks good, and is happy when I pick her up. More importantly, she always goes with the attendant that takes her back. I wouldn't trust anyone BUT Pampered Paws with the most beloved member of my family. We had to PCS to Oregon, and I didn't find a single groomer that made me happy. Two years later, my Doodle was welcomed back with open arms and cared for like family. This groomer loves and cares for my pup, and I love them for it!
