Quick Facts About Paradise Restaurant
Paradise Restaurant, based on the comments provided, has some clear strengths and weaknesses. In terms of strengths, one recurring theme is the quality and taste of the food. Multiple comments praise the chaat, Saag Aloo, egg curry, sheik kabab, biryani, lamb curry, and naans. The food is described as delicious, fresh, and mouthwatering. Another strength highlighted by customers is the good hygiene standards maintained by the restaurant. This is an important aspect for any dining establishment as it ensures the safety and wellbeing of customers. Additionally, the staff are frequently commended for their politeness and excellent customer service. This creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patrons.
Affordable pricing is another strength of Paradise Restaurant. Customers mention that the prices are reasonable and that they didn't have to pay too much for their meals. The average cost per dish is estimated to be around £6, which is considered decent by those leaving comments. The affordability allows customers to enjoy the delicious food without breaking the bank. Additionally, the restaurant offers a decent quantity of food, ensuring that customers leave satisfied and full.
On the other hand, Paradise Restaurant does have some weaknesses. One recurring issue is the high prices for certain dishes. One customer specifically mentions that they found the prices for a large Mutton curry and rice to be ridiculous, especially since the price for the rice was the same as the meat. This creates a perception that the restaurant may not provide good value for money in terms of portion sizes. Another comment highlights that the quality of the food is not keeping up with inflation, suggesting a decline in the overall quality of the dishes served.
Parking is also mentioned as a weakness, as there are limited options nearby due to the busy street. This could be inconvenient for customers who prefer to drive to the restaurant. Additionally, it is mentioned that the restaurant is typically not very keen on delivering, potentially limiting accessibility for customers who prefer delivery services.
Another recurring concern is the inconsistency in the food and level of service. While some customers praise the food and customer service, others mention that the quality has declined or that they received poor service. This inconsistency could reflect a lack of attention to detail or management issues within the restaurant.
Overall, Paradise Restaurant has strengths such as delicious food, good hygiene, polite staff, and reasonable prices. However, there are also weaknesses such as high prices for certain dishes, limited parking options, inconsistency in food and service quality, and limited delivery options. These factors should be considered by potential customers when deciding whether to visit the restaurant.

The chaat they served was amazing. I will go here again. Good hygiene and the staff are very polite. Didn’t pay too much either.
Reminded me of a Malaysian Mamak so I had to try it. The food is OK but prices are ridiculous. £8 for a large Mutton curry and £8 for the same size of rice. Rice is the same price as the meat. It was OK only and not great. In this case you don't get what you pay for.
Delicious food at shockingly low prices, and the owner is a lovely lady who really cares for her customers. I love coming here a lot, it's always a pleasure.
Love the food! Biryani is really good, so is Saag Aloo, egg curry and sheik kabab.
Prices are decent. You will spend around £6 per dish, on average. Decent quantity as well.
Limited parking options nearby, as the street is always very busy.
Open 11 am to 11 pm every day. Typically not very keen on delivering.
Yasser pulled all the stops out to cook for a dozen of my guests on new year's eve and I've got to say they all went home licking their lips and could not stop saying how exceptional the food was. I'll certainly be back there on a regular basis. The biryani was in particular excellent.Thank you Paradise !!
Fresh and tasty curries! Mouth watering lamb curry and their naans are so soft and nice. Enjoyed the experience and customer service was excellent thanks!

Used to be Mostly fresh and tasty! Used to be Wholesome original Pakistani! Used to not be so stingy on items. Quality not keeping up with the inflation.
Edit: as per the response from the restaraunt owner below... they act as if they have never had this type of complaint (just look at all the other reviews) and they act as if I did not call them or raise this issue with them in person when I did twice.
