Awesome job with my nails! I believe Kim was the one that did my nails she did such a great job. She did them pretty fast the place is very clean. I recommend u call to schedule an appointment like I did ahead of time cause u might have to wait awhile if u decide to walk in.
I paid $50 for very sloppy acrylic nails and my thumb size are all different sizes and my cuticles are very ill the nails are supposed to be a white Branch beads if she filled my nail with white I just do not like it worst experience ever
I wasn’t impressed with this place at all. I had a 3:00 appointment didn’t leave until 5:10. The girl that did my nails paid more attention to her phone than my nails. She stopped to make plenty of calls to her boyfriend and her brother. Even turned on a movie and kept pausing to watch certain parts of the movie. She didn’t know how to get my old over lay off so she cut all my nails !!! Honestly I didn’t like my nails but also didn’t have time to wait another hour to get them fixed. 2/10 recommendation
I have been going to Perfect Nails for 20 years…I have always been pleased… I had Jennifer for many years and then went to Kim! I was very pleased with both of them. Now it is under new management with Kim and her husband and I feel they are doing a very good job! I continue to be very pleased! They have updated everything! I do wish the prior owner Nancy and her family the best!
Was told to come back at about 4:30 because they were busy when I got there at 3:30 (I said, “Sure, no problem “). I got back, walked in the door at 4:32 and the one lady that was still there said, “Sorry, we’re closed”, I said, “No, the other girl working next to you told me to come back around 4:30”, she said, “sorry she left”. So I asked if she could do my manicure for me, she said no she was leaving too, yet the were supposed to be open until 5:00. I WAS a regular customer there, but I won’t be going back!!! So much for putting the customer first, not to mention the staff closing the shop before the posted hours.
You get charge extra for length and i go to multiple places and i never get charge. The length i got is a normal length to me & they also charge you for coffin shape nail tip
The service is usually really nice, but the work they do is not anywhere near the best I've seen. I keep giving the place a chance hoping it will be better, but I'm never impressed. I also always leave with very sore fingers. (Try Tori's nail)
