Horrible experience. All they are worried about is the money. They consider strands apart of the length. They show you two twist and tuck them to the back while working. I knew the lady messed up on the length because she kept speaking in a different language to the other lady pulling into the back to show her. So they both were doing one length in the beginning and tried to switch it up after I mentioned it to them in the middle of already doing half of my hair. Then when I spoke to Sally at the end about it they all became argumentative and started saying the lady doesn’t speak English. Who’s problem is that? They were more concerned about having to refund the money versus handling the problem. Then tell me strands are a part of the length and they don’t burn the twist at the end. I’ve already had some unraveling. I end up letting my bank handle the refund. I suggest anyone going not to pay until after their service is complete so you can make sure you’re getting what you paid for.

Called for appointment they told me come right on in got in got right in the chair and my hair was done in less time then they said very nice work they get a lot of buisness everyone was busy give these ladies a tip they deserve it
They braid sooo tight but it just feels just right and my hair looked really nice afterwards also i was in and out in 3 hours 2 people on my head. I did not mind !! But The business itself can be a hit or miss most of the time they don’t miss ! Good-job sally team
It was really good u got box braids and they didn’t judge on my skin color and the workers were really nice but the price is a bit pricy i had it till hip lenght and it was 250
Professional braiders and they always do wonderful job
I was happy to patronize this shop as I have done so in the past. I had to leave town urgently and needed a quick updo as I had limited time to do so. I was told that they could only do the braids that cost $180 and up! I asked about having one of the quick styles they had displayed and was told that there was no one there who did them. There was no one there to burn braided ends either! It wasn't a total failure as i struck up a most interesting conversation with one of the patrons.
Good service . I was out in less than 2 hours
