I’ve been getting serviced here for a little over a year. Never have I left dissatisfied. The people are super nice and very talented. Today “T” did my nails and they are prettier than any nails I’ve ever seen!!! Shiny and pearl-like. Absolutely gorgeous, I am absolutely thrilled with how lovely and feminine they are!!!! ???? A+++
The pregnant girl I think her name is Jenny… oh gosh please let her stay home. She seems so tired and out of place. She was moody and mean to me and my friend. Her skills were horrible and I went home in pain from one of the toes she cut. I prefer older generation doing my nails more. At least they have the experience.
I’ve been going to New Nails for 2 years now. I’ve loved my experience every time. Beth is knowledgeable, skilled and wonderful to chat with. The whole salon is friendly and welcoming.
I love getting my mani and pedi here. I prefer the Asian workers doing my nails even though sometimes communication isn’t the best. The non- Asian workers are nice but their skills and experience aren’t at the level I wanted.
I love coming here. Beth is the best. She does a great job. Really friendly and customer service is awesome. I have been coming here for 2 years I won't go anywhere else.
This is definitely my "New Nails Salon". Andy took such good care of me! He listened to my requests and my nails are still perfect over a week later! I can usually find at least one thing that I don't like about my nails when I get them done, but not this time! I'm a nurse, so I'm rough on my hands with all the washing and and sanitizing. This RN is proud of my acrylic nails with tips and gel polish because they are more beautiful and durable than anything I've ever had before!! I highly recommend going to see my friends @ New Nails Salon!
The young woman I had was very intelligent and I loved her company! We talked about different topics while she was doing my nails, we were talking about Nemo and dory???? and the Kentucky and Ga game that was playing! just having a good conversation!
This was my first visit. Upon arrival, the nail shop is very nice and clean! The lady doing my nails was somewhat friendly and did a good job on my manicure and shaping my nails. The problem came with the gel nails. As you can see in my picture it was painted all over my nails, it wasn't smooth, and the clear coat was all blotchy. The gel is extremely thin after two coats. It hasn't been 6 days since my visit and my gel has chipped like regular nail polish on at least 5 of my nails. Other gel I have had from other locations is thicker and does not chip like this. I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately I won't be back.
