Wrote on paper, text and verbally emphasized do not cut Beards. Only trim. Picked up found Beard cut off again. Gave 3 chances. Never again. Asked to cut hair on inside of ears. Didn't happen. I would not recommend using them. Like I said this has happened to me 3 times now. They won't miss my business but sure hope others go elsewhere and not get disappointed. Not very professional.

Perfect Paws was a great experience! Our 2 fur babies looked great after their first cut. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely our spot for all future grooming!❤

I am so disappointed in this establishment. I was referred here by a friend .I brought my dog here on Friday for grooming and bathe .I was not able to pick him up but asked my friend who referred me to .Ooh my God it was late when I got to him and they are closed all weekend until Tuesday.First of all this is the second time I requested a particular trim style and they do what they feel to , the dog smelled worst than he did going in like they just damped him up to cut him and applied dry shampoo you can feel the thickness from whatever they use over his fur coat .The dog has been itching all weekend trying to clean himself , he kept biting at one particular spot on his rare come to find out he was cut from you guys trimming him in three particular spot.I literally had to just bathe him myself $125.00 later and no one said anything .My dog is a golden doodle who now looks like a poodle! I have been trying to reach this place by phone and no one is picking up very bad customer service and care .The staff also don’t appear to be pet enthusiastic at all very dry when you walk in.

I finally went back to store to voice my concerns and show them my dog damages the hair from the entire backside is gone , the owner act like white trailer trash was very rude and nasty and proceeded to charge at me .She was very lucky I had a newborn going home to very unprofessional .Take accountability for your sloppy and negligent work !!! DONOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE if you care about them .

No one ever answers the phones. Even when you call during business hours. They do a good job, it's just inconvenient to have to drive there just to make an appointment.

Ms. Lily always takes good care of my pet chico. I enjoy leaving him somewhere he is well taken care of !

Harry loves Taylor... She is the best groomer I've been to in a long while. The plus about this place is it's so close to my home in Covington Ga. and it was a referral from my neighbor Janice. Thank you Taylor & Perfect Paws your the BEST!

They are the best! Hyper has been going for years, even from across state lines. I'm NEVER disappointed. I have yet to find another grooming salon that can come close. We love you . . . Continued success.
