Traveling from MA, I was looking for a local hair salon and I’m so glad I found Mayra’s Hair Salon! It’s a quick Uber ride from the boardwalk and the service was ???????? *chef’s kiss. I had my hair washed and blow dried. Staff is attentive and Mayra (the owner) did an amazing job! Would definitely go again.

I found this location while visiting Atlantic City and wanted to get my hair pressed. The staff was friendly and it took 2 hours for service to be performed on my natural hair. The humidity got to my hair immediately after service lol. I should have followed my first instinct and got it wrapped.

If I ever visit again and need my hair done I will most likely visit this location again.

I cannot stress how these ladies starting from the owner have so much professional knowledge. They know what they are doing and on point with getting you in and out love that Myra explains the products, explains coloring process she is just phenomenal and is always available any day but Sunday she has failed me yet …. Love love it here!!!

I came to Myra a year ago with out-of-control long hair and was diagnosed with alopecia. I don't trust anyone with my hair but her. I travel from Mt. Poconos 3 hours away just to come to her shop. She is the best and the prices are great.

I travel to AC fairly often for work and found Mayra's Beauty Salon on one of my walkabouts 5 years ago. I've been going there (from NYC 2.5 hour drive each way) ever since. It's worth it the trip!!! From wash and set to specialty hair coloring, Mayra gets it right all the time. The wait is usually less than 10 minutes. All the ladies are friendly. The establishment is always clean and they adhere to COVID-19 Precautions/Protocols which makes me feel safe. The prices are beyond reasonable especially for the level of service they provide. I’ve been going here for years & it’s honestly the BEST hair salon around the AC area. My hair is always done with love and I’m thankful for that. 10/10, definitely recommend !
