Quick Facts About Pinner Kebab

Pinner Kebab Place, based on the comments provided, has a mix of strengths and weaknesses that contribute to the overall customer experience. In order to thoroughly analyze the comments and provide a comprehensive assessment, let's delve into the strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentions that the amount of meat in the kebabs is generous. This is a positive aspect as customers value getting their money's worth, especially when it comes to the main ingredient in a kebab. Additionally, another customer praises the lunchtime wrap deal, stating that it offers good value for money. This is likely to attract customers who are looking for an affordable and satisfying lunch option.
Furthermore, the quality of the meat is highlighted by multiple customers. One states that the lamb has great flavor and is cooked well, while another customer describes the meat as tender, well-marinated, and cooked to perfection. This is a significant strength, as the taste and texture of the meat are crucial elements in determining the overall quality of a kebab.
The freshness of the ingredients is also praised by a customer who acknowledges that the kebabs are made and cut fresh. This implies that the restaurant prioritizes using high-quality, fresh ingredients, which can enhance the taste and overall experience for customers.
Moreover, a customer mentions that the staff provided good customer service by accommodating their request for extra pots of sauce. This displays a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs and preferences. Friendly and accommodating service is essential in creating a positive dining experience and encouraging customer loyalty.
However, there are significant weaknesses that are also mentioned by customers. One regular customer expresses disappointment in recent changes to the taste and quality of the meat. They state that the meat has gone from firm and juicy to loose and off, which is a major drawback. Consistency in the quality and taste of the food is crucial for customer satisfaction and repeat visits. The negative experience of another customer, who claims to have gotten food poisoning from a lamb donner, further emphasizes the importance of maintaining food safety standards.
Portion sizes appear to be another weakness, with multiple customers mentioning that the portions of taramasalata, houmous, kebabs, and lamb dinners are noticeably small. This can potentially leave customers feeling unsatisfied and less likely to return or recommend the restaurant to others.
Additionally, the customer service experience is cited as a weakness in one comment. The customer describes an encounter with a rude staff member who did not read back their order properly. Poor customer service can strongly impact a customer's perception of a restaurant and deter them from returning in the future.
Payment options are mentioned as a weakness since the restaurant only accepts cash and does not provide card payment facilities. This may inconvenience some customers who prefer to pay by card, especially in the digital age where cashless transactions are increasingly common.
In conclusion, while Pinner Kebab Place has some strengths such as generous meat portions, lunchtime deals, quality ingredients, and accommodating service, there are significant weaknesses that include inconsistencies in meat quality, small portion sizes, poor customer service experiences, and limited payment options. It is essential for the restaurant to address these weaknesses in order to enhance the overall customer experience and retain satisfied and loyal customers.

Ordered via Uber Eats and paid for priority delivery - food was cold on arrival which was prompt as per Uber timescales … but that wasn’t the only disappointment… smallest portions ever seen of taramasalata and houmous, chicken shish advertised cooked with pepper & onions, not mine as they were noticeably absent - admittedly ordered small kebab but never had one that small … lamb diner similar size portion! Oh well - I tried because of high ratings and tantalising descriptions but sadly very very very disappointed
It used to be much better but recently the meat tastes totally different- from firm and juicy to loose and off. Wouldn’t go there again.
Amount of meat is generous, and their lunchtime wrap deal is definitely worth the value i.e. a lamb or chicken doner wrap for £3.50. Their lamb has great flavour, in a decent portion such as their Lamb Kofta. Salad portion and variety is always good too, and the kebabs are made and cut fresh, as shown there. Cash only, no card payments.
Decent kebab shop chicken donner was a bit on the greasy side. Lamb donner was quite tasty. Probably a good place to go for the locals... not really worth travelling out for.
Update: had a lamb donner yesterday which I think had gone bad, was very hard and chewy - has given me food poisoning.
Amazing food! Meat was tender, marinated well and cooked to perfection. Service was warm and friendly. Definitely intending to be a regular!
I asked for extra pots of sauce unaware that they now charge and they were very kind in sending some !
Their kebabs are very tasty and everything is fresh !!
Good tasting food but chicken Donner was too oily which made the bread soggy and the large lamb kofte had no where near enough bread with it. Take a leaf out 9f awesome grills book guys..their bread is great
Food is top quality very tasty !!!
Down side the lady that took our order was extremely rude, asked her to read the order back to us so we hadn’t forgotten anything she just said I’ve got it asked her again she started reading it like she was commenting on a horse race she eventually read it back begrudgingly....
However food is so good would still use them again !!!
