I love coming here. Only issue I have is the seats don’t go further back. I’m 6’4 and it’s a squeeze. The ladies are awesome and they know what they’re doing.
I always come in as a walk-in to get my eyebrows waxed, never a wait time, always in and out in 5 minutes. Me and my fiance got our first pedis here as a walk-in as well and the staff were amazing, they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and have fun. Loved watching the Steve Harvey show during the service and laughing with them. Will never go anywhere else as long as I live in this area!
I have been a consistent customer of PN nails for 10+ years.. back when they were beside the dollar general. Mai and Tina were the only 2 I would let touch my nails and eyebrows! I left after Tina left the shop because quality lacked and come back occasionally. Well unfortunately that ends TODAY. I went in for a polish change .. no design or anything and they charged $35! For a polish change! Absurd! Never again.
They need Tina back only person that knew what customer service was Nora is sweet also the owner always treats me like my money isn’t good enough everytime! ALWAYS ACTS BOTHER as if I disrespected her in the past never have I …..That’s y I don’t really go unless it’s a Sunday and my last option I use to love this place and I also traveled far to get there.
They did pretty good with the feet however if they focus more on cleaning your feet and perfecting the nails and stop trying to worry if somebody going to give them a tip or not you only get tips if you do a good job and people don't know that you're not expecting a tip and then if someone give you a tip don't look at it as if it's small because you already getting paid for the job I watched them and observed and they really need to focus more on doing a good job and everything else should fall in place
They took me as a walk-in and helped me immediately... It was a slower time near close. I was assisted by T and he did an amazing job! Very professional and detail oriented on my full set of gel nails. He made sure they were satisfactory before he was done. Highly appreciated and recommended!.
So I went in at 11:20 to get a soak off(6 nails) there was a bit of a wait but I figured it’s only a bowl of hot water with acetone in it….well it’s now 12:01 and I still haven’t been acknowledged so I decided to leave. I don’t expect to cut the line but honestly I could’ve been soaking the entire time while someone else was getting serviced….first
and LAST time going over something as simple as time management and communication????
Really enjoyed my experience here, Nora was great! She took her time and I got exactly what I wanted! It’s been hard to find a person to do my nails the way I like them. Will definitely be coming back here!
