Quick Facts About Polish Nail Bar

The Polish Nail Bar place has received a mixture of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to provide a comprehensive overview, the strengths and weaknesses of the salon will be highlighted using the feedback given.
One of the strengths that multiple customers mentioned is the beautiful facility and decor of Polish Nail Bar. This suggests that the salon has invested in creating an attractive and welcoming environment for its customers. Additionally, the owner is praised for treating customers like family, which indicates that there is a strong emphasis on customer service.
Another positive aspect of Polish Nail Bar is the ability to accommodate large groups of customers. According to one comment, the salon was able to fit in a group of five friends promptly, which suggests efficient time management and a willingness to accommodate group bookings.
Furthermore, many customers appreciate the quick service provided by the technicians at Polish Nail Bar. Several comments mention that the service is quick, even for walk-in customers. This indicates that the salon is well-staffed and able to handle a high volume of customers efficiently.
On the other hand, there are some weaknesses that have been highlighted by customers regarding the salon's nail design and overall service quality. One customer expressed dissatisfaction with the nail designs, particularly citing a poor attempt at a cheetah print design. This suggests that the salon may have inconsistencies in the skill level of the nail technicians. Furthermore, the same customer also mentioned that the skin around their nail was stained pink, indicating possible negligence or lack of attention to detail.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer is the difference in quality between the manicure and pedicure services. The customer noted a significant disparity in the quality of their services, with the pedicure being great and the manicure being subpar. Additionally, the customer pointed out that their nails broke within two weeks, suggesting poor workmanship in the manicure service.
Another customer mentioned that walk-in customers are treated differently compared to those with appointments. This indicates a lack of consistency in the level of service provided and potentially a preference for scheduled appointments.
Furthermore, one customer had a particularly terrible experience where their nails were mishandled, resulting in bleeding and pain. This suggests a lack of proper technique and care on the part of the nail technician. The customer also mentioned a lack of gloves being used, which raises concerns about sanitation and hygiene practices at the salon.
In conclusion, the Polish Nail Bar has strengths in terms of its beautiful facility, efficient service, and ability to accommodate large groups of customers. However, there are weaknesses regarding the nail design skills, inconsistency in service quality, and mishandling of a customer's nails leading to pain and injury. These areas of improvement need to be addressed in order to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation.

Best TL Reviews

Beautiful facility, horrible nail design. I showed the nail tech first pic and she said she could do it, when she painted the cheetah print she put like 10 spots on my nail, it looked horrible and crowded, so I asked her if she could just do polka dot, it looked horrible as well. I could tell I upset her, so I wanted to just leave and get it fixed somewhere else. Don’t agree that you can make a design if you can’t. Cheetah print is a very basic design not hard to do. Also the skin around my nail is stained pink as well. The first pic is what I wanted and what I had gotten in another place. The second pic is what I git.
Great Experience. Treat you like family. Owner is great! They offer a lot, including wine while you wait. Who wouldn’t love that? I got a pedicure with my 4 friends and they were able to fit us in so promptly. Beautiful decor! I would highly recommend!
Literally love this place!! Every tech is good, the service is quick (even if you don't have an appointment), and the place is clean and comfortable. I go regularly and look forward to it!
I have gone here several times over the past 3 years when in town. I initially liked it a lot, but the part few times I've gone, they treat walk ins as someone to pass around to available staff. that's fine, but this time the quality difference in my manicure and pedicure are huge. Pedicure was great, performed by a woman. My manicure was performed by an elderly man who was kind but did not ask what shape I wanted at all and who did a very straight across shape which has made three of my nails break, not right away but within two weeks. I've NEVER had this with a professional before. they're nice, but sometimes your second service especially is rushed out done with less care or skill.
I have been going to polish primarily for pedicures for 2yrs and for dip powder nails for the last few months. I will advise going early or setting an appointment bc good service comes to those who wait! I love the staff there. Ashleigh has become my favorite nail tech although I would recommend any of them. Will continue to keep using them as long as they're there.
Tina and Vicki ( and her hubby)did a wonderful job i am very pleased, great conversation great work!!!! Thank you will definatly be back! Not best pics but believe they are on point! Def...dont sleep on this salon!!!
I arrived at 5:30, called and booked an appointment days in advance. Didn’t get started until 6. Didn’t leave until 8:30. The only nice one was the lady doing nails (I don’t know her name) but she was actually helpful and nice. The men there seem like they are better than doing nails or something they are very rude, because of this I will take my business elsewhere.
Terrible Experience!
I just left this salon maybe an hour ago, very dissatisfied. I asked for a specific acrylic nails and came out with no acrylic nails and a bleeding pinky nail. Pics are below.
I had mentioned many times that we did not have to do the specific nails if we did not have time, that I even had another color in mind. The nail artist told me we would need to take my nails off to be able to do the nails I wanted because they would be too thick. I finally said,” okay whatever we need to do.” She proceeds to cut my right hand nails down with finger nail clippers, gets another fake nail, and used the fake nail to try to remove my acrylics.
(I have been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old, I have had one other salon do this to me and the same outcome happened, I left with bleeding fingers.)
(I know well enough you are supposed to soak the fingers first and or manually drill them, not use a fake nail to remove the acrylics. That is not proper to do, especially if the nail artist knows it can hurt the nail plate/bed. ) If you have to ask if it hurts then don’t do it.
She lets me know if it hurts to tell her. It did not hurt the first two times she asked but the third time I said,” yes that hurts.” No sooner than those words come out of my mouth, my nail starts bleeding, then she applies super glue to my natural bleeding nail. She says sorry, then says,” why didn’t you tell me?” I said,” as soon as it started hurting I told you, then it started bleeding.”
She also said,” Why didn’t you tell me to do a fill in,” I told her at least three times,” if we could keep them the same or whatever we need to do is fine.”
I said it was fine because I wasn’t expecting to have to pay $10 for completely messed up nails!! No that isn’t a lot of money but I didn’t come to a nail salon, that I have never been to, to get my nails ripped off!
I tried asking her if we could do gel or shellac instead because I know my nails are weak and they are hideous without paint or acrylics, she said,” no because they were to weak it will hurt if you hit them.” I finally got fed up and said,” okay then, just remove them all and I will make an appointment with you some other time,” she then tries to pursued me to get another set of acrylic nails because my nails are too weak. I did not want another set of acrylic nails after the damage she had done to my nail! That would cause more pain than I already have and possible infection! And I know for sure it is not allowed to do anymore work on nails after damage like this has been done, the client needs to be referred to a physician. Oh not to mention, during this whole process, she didn’t have any gloves on.
She thought she only nicked the hyponychium under my free edge, but it was not, she made a hole into my nail bed. The middle of my nail is in excruciating pain now.
I will apologize for not speaking with the owner/manager, now looking, I definitely should have. I was very nice and polite to her and should have never gone through this experience.
