Let me just say I’m not at all picky about my nails. I wanted a simple matte black nail color for fall. I was in yesterday (10/4/22) and these photos are from today. The nail polish is bubbling up and peeling off. I don’t have time to come back because I work 10 hour days! I’m upset because this was my one chance to get them done and now I’m stuck with them! Not to mention, the receipt that I signed had totaled $47.98 and the mail tech stated it was supposed to be $57….I don’t even know how much it really was or how much she charged me total (I did tip)…..ugh I’ll never go back
I am not happy at all with my nails!!!! The girl that did my nails did not give me what I asked for. I wanted acrylic nails and did not get them!!! She just painted my nails which I do not have any and did a bad job at it. And to top it off come to find out that the girl did not know how to do acrylic after she left. The picture on the left is what I asked for and the picture on the right is what I got!!!
Mindy is a 10 out of 10. I will literally never go anywhere else. If you’re looking for someone who can do designs, she’s your girl. Best to make an appointment since she stays busy, but she does take some walk ins. Follow up! Mindy is still killin it. Add my Christmas themed nails for proof.
So super happy with my nails! Love the shape and the design. Only charged me an extra $5 for the accent nails , which is amazing! My nail artist did such a good job too! Will be coming back!
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail spa!!! The lady didn't know how to do nails! She was very aggressive with my hands pulling and pushing on them like she didn't want to do my nails. I came to get a fill in and a repair. She did a horrible job and glued the repaired nail on crooked like I won't notice it. She then shaped all my nails ugly and all were different lengths and to top it off was making some ugly design when I told her I dylike it she got mad took the polish off and just left me sitting there another lady told me that someone will fix them in fifteen minutes.....really!!! The young lady did come and make a beautiful design . I tipped her 10 dollars .....left and took the nails off when I got home! I don't recommend this spa to anyone!! I was treated terrible! I waited a long time and I noticed that I wasn't treated the same as the other women! No friendly conversation or ren a thank you!!
Always very friendly and accommodating. I use them every few weeks. They always do a fantastic job and my nails are so beautiful. Would never go anywhere else! They're #1!!!!!!
First pedicure. The chair had a massage that was wonderful!!! Feet feel good too. Can't really see my feet to do my own toe nails after the knee replacement. Just don't bend enough to get into the bifocal close-up. So this was wonderful!
Service was not given. I arrived at the salon at 11:30 was told that it would be a 45 mins wait. I asked if I could be put on a list and come back in 45. She asked that I come back at 1 instead and took my name. I came back and walked in the salon at 12:50. I was sat and noticed that 3 other people were getting service that was not there when I went at 11:30. After sitting for another 30 with still no service I told them that I was going somewhere else due to them helping others after they asked me to come back an hour and a half later. Very very BAD customer service: 2 hours of my day waisted for nothing. Then as I’m telling them that I’m leaving they want to say we almost done with the other people. Really? No because you have appointments sitting the the waiting room. Don’t say you take walk ins when you really don’t.
