My mother and I decided to get our nails done for my birthday & a mommy/daughter date. These ladies were very friendly. I was nervous about getting my eyebrows waxed, they made me feel very comfortable. They also accept walk ins. I spent $89.00 for my long acrylic gel nails with one design.

I came in to get my nails in my feet done. I sat at both three for my nails, the lady told me she knows how to do designs, I showed her the design I wanted. she proceeded to do the design as she was doing it I informed her that's not what I wanted and it did not look appealing. So she remove the design but left residue from the other polish that was there before when she gave me the solid colors. Worst experience I've had at a nail salon not only did I not get what I wanted I was charged for what I was supposed to get in the first place and was not able to get because of the nail technician

This pretty nails are very rude and they are very slow they will tell you a time and it will have you their all day if you don’t say anything.. I will NEVER come back……smh

On Saturday my mom, sister & I went to Pretty Nails and we were about the first ones in there. I used to go to this nail salon when I first moved to Greenville but haven’t been in awhile due to going to a nail salon closer to where I live now. So I was shocked at the treatment received! Tina & her husband both had attitudes, we weren’t greeted & when we sat down they immediately told us what the prices of our nails would be as if we’d have an issue paying. They wouldn’t even give us the colors we had to ask for them. A group of white girls walk in they’re greeted professionally, they didn’t have to ask to see the colors nor did they mention the price of the nails as soon as they were seated. So this leads me to believe that this is how they treat their black customers. And to make matters worse the next day my nail polish starts to peel. I’ll never come back to this place again! Very rude and unprofessional!

I only let Leo do my nails. He is the best at what he does! Professional, pleasant, gifted nail technician!

I got my daughter nails done for 8th grade formal she said they made her nails bleed twice and her fingers are sore. I added some glitter and nail art to her nails to make them look better i gave 3 stars because they stay open late and got the job done fast

From the rushed pedicure, to the "add on" prices, to the water not getting hot. I don't know where to start! I tried to give this place a try because it was right by my house . I will definitely travel from now on for quality service. The chair's barely worked. When receiving a pedi I expect to get quality service. As well as the fill massage experience from the chair. I will not be a returning customer here.
