Quick Facts About Princess Nails Savannah

Princess Nails Savannah place, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. Let's begin by discussing the strengths.
One strength mentioned by a customer is the efficiency and timeliness of the services provided. The customer was pleased that they were able to get exactly what they requested without any unnecessary extra treatments, and they appreciated not having their time wasted. Another customer specifically praised nail technician Kim for going above and beyond in taking care of their requests. Kim was described as considerate, respectful, and knowledgeable about colors and products. This positive feedback suggests that the salon has skilled and attentive staff members who prioritize customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the atmosphere of the salon was complimented by a customer. This suggests that the salon provides a pleasant ambiance, which is important for customers looking to relax and enjoy their nail services.
However, there are several weaknesses mentioned in the comments that need to be addressed. The most significant concern raised by a customer is the use of an illegal product, MMA (methyl methacrylate), during their manicure. MMA is known to cause severe allergic reactions and damage to the nails. The customer experienced burning, swelling, itching, and irritation as a result. This is a major issue as it demonstrates a disregard for customer safety and health.
Furthermore, the same customer complained about the rough filing technique used during the manicure, which caused her finger to bleed. This indicates a lack of proper training and technique by the nail technician. The customer also expressed disappointment in the staff's response to her complaints and their unwillingness to take responsibility or offer compensation for the poor treatment. This reflects poorly on the customer service and professionalism of Princess Nails Savannah place.
Another customer mentioned that the hygiene standards at the salon are questionable. Toenails were found on the floor, which raises concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. Hygiene is crucial in a nail salon to prevent the spread of infections and ensure customer safety.
Some customers also complained about the rude behavior of the staff and their lack of punctuality. This reflects poorly on the overall customer service and professionalism of the salon.
To summarize, while Princess Nails Savannah place may have positive aspects such as efficient service, attentive staff like Kim, and a pleasant atmosphere, the use of illegal products, poor hygiene standards, rough treatment techniques, and negative customer service experiences are significant weaknesses that need to be addressed. These issues indicate a lack of professionalism and regard for customer safety. Improvement in these areas is crucial to maintain and attract loyal customers.

Coming to this shop I requested a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. My eyebrows and pedicure which was done by someone else I have no issues with. My manicure on the other hand was HORRIBLE let’s start with how thick she applied my acrylic in which was a MMA a product that is illegal to use in the state of Ga. This acrylic when applied instantly started burning, burning so bad I needed relief ASAP she sprayed alcohol on my nails to cool it off. Then when filing my nails she filed them so hard and rough that the side of my finger started bleeding!!! when shaping my nails she did not try to hold my nail bed to insure no tugging or pulling the entire process was painful!!!! I complained the entire way and she had a excuse for my complaints that would result in no fix! Once leaving the shop I started experiencing swelling, itching and irritation of the tips of my finger. I contacted another shop immediately and got advice of the reaction to MMA and that’s what I was suffering from! This shop which is IIE NAIL BAR got me a appointment to immediately remove the nails and redid them! My nails are no longer swollen and irritated!! I went back to Princess Nails and explain I had a bad reaction to their acrylic and had to get the nails removed. I told her I did not want them touching my nails because of the poor care and handling of my nails and fingers. That’s why I had another shop remove them I asked for some type of compensation due to my reaction and mis treatment of my nails. I was told that there was nothing they would do or could do because I could be lying they would not accept the pictures I showed told me they needed their own pictures and would normally call the police in order to get any compensation I asked to speak to a manager and was told the he runs multiple shops and DOES NOT TALK TO PPL! I am highly disappointed, angry, upset and out of 125 dollars because this shop is inconsiderate and only cares about being paid! Even through I liked my toes and eyebrows I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS SHOP AND ID ADVISE YOU DONT EITHER! They are using illegal products and my reaction could have been WORST or have gotten worst if I kept that acrylic on my nails!!! They have no care or concerns for anyone’s health or hard earned money! Please be careful! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!! Don’t let this place ruin your nails and possibly cause actual damage to your finger tips!!!!!!’ I will be contacting the better business bureau!!!
Do you ever go to the nail shop and say ‘can you just polish my nails?’ And you end up there for an hour and a half and they end up doing more than you asked for? Well I came in asked for that and got what I asked for. I was so grateful because I had somewhere to be and it looks good. I will be back. I appreciate people not wasting my time and doing a good job.
Nail tech Kim was amazing! She went above and beyond with taking care of my requests. She was considerate and respectful. See Kim for your manicures and pedicures!
Leaving this place my nail tech be having my nail uneven in shape and size. My nail easily break and I had eyelashes done and they fell off when i was driving 1 hour later
Atmosphere is nice though
Three words: Ask. For. Kim. She is hilarious, thorough, and sweet. And she knows her colors & products. Thank you, Kim!!!
Hygiene is questionable here. I recieved the quickest pedicure of my life, which I’m not complaining but don’t tell me my feet are difficult when you’re the person rushing???? I definitely won’t be back especially after being seated there were toenails just laying on the ground.
Staff is very rude they don't be there on time when they do make an not certified with the service will not go again
Well, after a horrible experience at Tiptop Nails inside the Oglethorpe Mall. I was referred here by a coworker whose eyelashes ???? ALWAYS???? look fabulous. They do an excellent job in a timely manner at a cheaper price and awesome customer service. What more could I ask for ????
