Quick Facts About French Bakery
Strengths:
1. Amazing cappuccino: The bakery's cappuccino is described as amazing, especially when sugar and cinnamon are added. This suggests that they have a skilled barista who knows how to make a delicious cup of cappuccino.
2. Goes the extra mile: According to a customer, the bakery goes above and beyond in terms of service and quality. This indicates that the staff is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Best pastries and sandwiches in Miami: One customer claims that the bakery offers the best pastries and sandwiches in Miami. This highlights their high-quality food offerings and suggests that they have a strong emphasis on taste and flavor.
4. Delicious pastries with high-quality ingredients: Another customer mentions that the pastries have a delicious taste and that the quality of the ingredients is evident. This indicates that the bakery prioritizes using high-quality ingredients to create their baked goods.
5. Professional and welcoming staff: Multiple customers mention that the staff is welcoming and professional. This suggests that the bakery has friendly and attentive employees who create a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers.
Weaknesses:
1. Croissant not authentic: One customer comments that the croissant is not an authentic French croissant. They mention that the outside lacks the expected crunchy flakes and the inside is not as spongy as it should be. This suggests that the bakery may not excel in replicating traditional French baking techniques and may need improvement in this area.
2. Lack of inside seating: It is mentioned that the bakery does not have inside seating, only a few tables and chairs outside under a roof. This could be seen as a weakness for customers who prefer indoor dining or for those who want to visit during unfavorable weather conditions.
3. Lack of response to customer concerns: A customer shares their disappointment with the bakery's lack of response when they called to request a refund for undercooked creme brulees. This suggests a weak customer service aspect, as it implies that the bakery does not prioritize addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
4. Limited vegan options: A long-time customer mentions that they are now vegan and express a desire for the bakery to offer vegan options. This highlights a potential weakness as the bakery may not cater to a growing number of customers who follow a vegan lifestyle.
Overall, the bakery's strengths include its amazing cappuccino, dedication to going the extra mile, top-notch pastries and sandwiches, high-quality ingredients, and professional and welcoming staff. However, weaknesses include the lack of authentic French croissants, limited seating options, slow response to customer concerns, and a lack of vegan options.

Amazing cappuccino (when they add sugar and cinnamon). Croissant is good, but not an authentic French croissant. The outside was very soft (no crunchy flakes) and the inside is not as spongy as it should be. Either way, it’s better than eating a Starbucks “butter croissant”. The place has a few tables and chairs to dine outside (under roof) though has no inside seating. Staff is welcoming. The reason I’m giving it four stars it’s because it’s not an authentic French bakery.
Exactly what I wanted and very delicious. They go the extra mile here. Best Pastries and Sandwiches in Miami. Thank you!
How have we lived in Pinecrest for 5 years and this is the first time trying this amazing restaurant! From the service to the food. I would give this place an A+! This will definitely be our new Argentina restaurant! Btw… you must try the empanadas- wow!!
I called today to request a refund because I bought 3 creme brulees from them yesterday and they were severely undercooked, but no answer. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. I always get their creme brulee and it's fine but yesterday's was disgusting. It was not cooked so it was full of the liquid custard which is NOT safe to eat. They don't care about their customers or their concerns, find another French bakery. They literally robbed me of my money and sold me a dessert that was not edible.
Has the most amazing pastries and breads and quiches! I frequented them for more than 20 years. My favorite was the round raisin danish type roll they had. Unfortunately now I am vegan - I sooo wish they would make some vegan options - Miyoko butter is amazing and would work I think, as would Just Eggs for eggs.
But, for all you non-vegans, this is the best French bakery I've ever been to outside of Paris.
Love Cuban bakeries, but having a French one is so refreshing. Delicious pastries which you can taste the quality of their ingredients. Highly recommend.
My favorite bakery, hands-down! I moved away from Miami 20 years ago, and was so excited when I came back for a visit and it was within walking distance. Everything I've ever tried has been excellent, but faves are Almond croissants, Almond tuiles, and of course, their amazing café!! Thank you Patric and Olga!!
the pastries are of high quality, the best croissants in town and the staff is always professional and welcoming! I highly recommend this bakery! they're the best in Miami!
