I’ve been going to Tanya for the last year and she has done such an amazing job! The staff here is amazing and you know you’re being taken care of. Finding a good nail tech is hard enough let alone and whole staff.
I asked for Simple manicure , picked a color. What was applied was not the same color, not even close. Also the polish was so old it was chunky. The application was very poorly done, I asked to have the polish applied to my entire mail, even on the second attempt, I still did not have coverage on my entire nail.
It looked so bad, I just took it off. They were nice, and offered to repaint, however I was in too much pain to sit thru another attempt. They were really nice. And my pedicure was great, although I didn’t change my toe polish, luckily.
Love love this place! The staff is super friendly and the prices are great! Many colors to choose from as well. Went for a pedicure with my family and we had a great time! Tanya and her crew were fantastic and my nails turned out great! Would highly recommend for men and women! I’ve never had any nail designs before and Tanya surprised me with this amazing design! Will definitely be back again.

If I could Zero stars I would. Terrible service. I called to schedule an appointment a week ahead and they told me they don’t take appointments. I walked in to get my pedicure and manicure yesterday and this lady royally messed me up. She doesn’t know how to cut toe nails!? You cut straight across not curved. She’s gonna give me an ingrown nail! Needless to say I didn’t stay for my manicure and she didn’t get a tip. They started off great by running the foot bath with cold water and she freaked out a little when I asked for clear polish! Additionally, she had to ask for step by step instructions for my Deluxe pedicure from what I would guess is the manager/supervisor. She got no tip and 20/20 do not recommended pro nails in Darien. This is the second time I went to ProNails in Darien. They butchered my pedicure and manicure the first time also. I wanted to give them another chance since my technician at Vivy Nail Salon left last year after doing awesome service for 3 years I haven’t been able to locate another technician of her caliber and care for her specialty of nail care.
Lovely staff. I bite my nails and don't take great care of it. But they took their time with my nails to make it look pretty again.
