I wanted to give this place a couple visits before I left a review. 35 bucks for nails is unheard of these days so I wanted to give it an honest shot before reviewing. The work is inconsistent by a lot depending on who you got. I think her name is May or Mai but she was amazing the first time. The 2nd time, she speed ran through because she had another client and the work reflected that. This last and final visit, I had an older man. He was nice but the work was very lacking from start to finish. His hands had a lot of broken skin and sores on them which he was picking when I got up to wash my hands. When I left, I had black polish on my hands, everything still wasn't painted despite having to ask him twice to cover missed spots and he even made few cuts around my cuticle. I can fix at Sally's no big deal but when paying for a service, I shouldn't have too.
He seemed to get more pushy and animated when it was time for me to pay so I'm not sure if they have problems with run outs or something...idk I was wearing headphones and was into my show so I'm not sure what I did.
Other than that, I was a walk in each time and had no issues getting a chair so that was a plus.
I'm not saying others wouldn't have a good experience here but I personally will skip this salon in the future. I'm getting waffles.. ????????????
I had a very nice time I'm very happy with my nails, The ladies there were extremely nice and polite And I will definitely be going back. It is a very nice salon and busy which is a good. 2 weeks later I went back and I Has had the most relaxing pedicure, And the gentleman did my nails exactly as I asked and they turned out very nice I'm very happy again. ????
Today I went in for my birthday in a great mood just for it to be ruined. The lady that did my nails was a younger girl (obviously new) i showed her simple nails (light pink acrylic with french nail polish). Not only did she put a highlighter pink on there the french was completely wrong and thick, I told her light pink and showed her the picture MULTIPLE times, she implied that is the correct light pink. I told myself thats fine ill go home and fix it but then my newly done nails started to pop up off my nails because she didn't glue them on correctly. I came back and showed them, she tried to say I did that to them! They spoke to her I'm assuming about fixing them but she tried to just glue ACRYLIC NAILS back on with the nail glue. At this point I'm furious, I told them I want them taken off and a refund. They were persistent on just getting them redone by another person instead of the refund that I wanted. I figured fine if its one of the original people that has been working there. (I got the older lady I believe shes also the owner or close to it) She did my nails completely different and correctly. She put the exact pink I wanted and made sure it was the correct one, she even said if they brake to come back and she will redo them for free. I give the first lady 0/5 second lady 5/5
I love this place, the wait time is always short. The staff I have had is friendly and staff respect if you want to chat or if you want to remain silent and relax. If you are looking for prompt and friendly service I recommend going here. However, if you are looking for a place to get pedicures done with your little one I would recommend going elsewhere. They do not have the "child size" pedicure chairs so your child will not get the full pedicure experience.
Ivy is on vacation and this is not the place to go until she comes back. Today was the worst experience I've ever had getting nails done before. It took 3 people to try and get the shape right and the results were just plan horrible. I ended up having to take the set off and start fresth because they destroyed them so bad! I even had many photos to show what shape to accomplish and asked if they could do them. They should have said no instead of wasting so much time to not know what they were doing i could have easily picked something else. The ending results were with bubbles everywhere and pieces of hair logged in the polish after picking out a simple shape. Ivy this place can not survive without you, you need a raise!
I'm so disappointed in the visit today and it took a total of 3 hours to still leave unhappy.
Looks like I can't step foot in there for awhile not until ivy returns to save the day.

I paid 100 for a manicure and pedicure and all of my nails came out bumpy. I will not be returning. I noticed a lot of the employees are on their phones while they have a customer. I feel like this was a waste of money and I could’ve painted my nails at home. I normally don’t like writing bad reviews, but my nails look awful.
My normal nail techs are Lynn, Anna and Ivy but today I had my pedicure with Yen. I paid for high end pedicure ($50). Today’s pedicure was sloppy and rushed. Normally you get a good massage and a more thorough pedicure with their top package. I spent less than 20 minutes in the chair today. 2-3 min leg massage. Very dissatisfied with the quality of work. The owner needs to make sure that customers are getting better service.
Next time I’ll only use Lynn, Ivy or Anna. They ensure the customer gets full service and quality of work.
