The shop looks great with the new remodeling. The barbers are always friendly and always do an amazing job on my children’s hair. They pay attention to detail and take their time. My boys leave happy with their cuts every time!
The first time we booked here we had to wait 30 minutes after the appointment time before my son was even in the chair - no big deal. I understand things happen. We decided to give them another chance and I booked an appointment for 10:00 this morning earlier in the week by phone with the owner. My husband took my son and upon his arrival there was no one in the shop. I called the owner and asked if the appointment was still on and was told we needed to push it back two hours. I understand things happen however I do not feel the situation was handled appropriately.
I've been taking my son (who is 8 now) here for almost a year and a half now. Previously I have always been happy with the shops work; however, I took my son here yesterday and the experience was horrible. They must have either recently hired a new Barber or he's never been there the times my son has got his haircut in the past. I believe his name is Rod (his chair is towards the back of the shop). He did a horrendous job. First, he paid attention to everything and everyone around him (including myself) more then to my son's hair. Secondly, he attempted to over charge me $25 for a kids cut, so $10 over a normal kids haircut. When I questioned him, he said he charged me that because he never knew I had been there before so I wouldn't know prices (really!?). Next, he took forever to give my son a haircut, after 2 hours (with it still looking terrible) I stopped him, and told my son we were leaving, 2 whole hours! The other barber had completed 3 full cuts in the mean time, and trust my son's hair wasn't that long, he had gotten it cut 3 weeks before. I asked for a bald fade on the sides, and to keep the curls on top, and now it looks like my son has a bowl cut (no fade barely), his line up is all over the place, and he cut him several times across his front line up as well as on his neck. It was a terrible haircut, and an awful experience for my son. We're not going back.
I was in the area today and had some time to kill so I searched for a barber shop near me. I called to see if I could just walk in or if I needed an appointment. They told me just to come thru and they would take care of me. From the moment I walked through the door it was a great experience. I only had to wait a couple minutes but every barber in the shop greeted me and was including me in conversation until there was a chair open. It was my first straight razor shave and Rob did a fantastic job. He took his time and made sure everything turned out perfect, from shaving my head and neck, to lining up and trimming my beard. Even trimmed my eyebrows! Great attention to detail! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a great barbershop experience.
My main barber is very respectful and detail oriented. He satisfies everytime I come in or have came in. He is patient and takes his time to make sure his work is of the standards if not more than proud to wear around & show his work off. It's a very positive energetic funny and clean place to relax & get yourself looking good. Thanks to all of you at Twin Fadez Barbershop!
Rob is the business man. Great job on my hair and beard. Would highly recommend Twin Fadez barbershop! I will b back...just as long as Rob don't sing no more lol. I'm just playing. Love this barbershop 5 stars for sure!
