Let's just say do not let them do your nails. It was a gift to get my nails done for my birthday..they made me cry twice! First time I left with nails that still had my old set underneath,uneven,jagged, and dirty. The person who gifted me with getting them done took me back to get them fixed..they talked about me the whole time, pointed laughed and made a scene. I struggle with depression and anxiety so this really affected me..its now a few days after and 4 nails have came off. No business should be aloud to make fun of customers like they do.. I do not plan to go get my nails done ever again so thank you to them for ruining that experience for me.
I was so happy to discover a place that puts so much detailed care into their services- my nail tech was explaining to me that she was putting a protein powder barrier down before my gel manicure so that the nail itself would be protected. She also buffed the nail with an electric file before adding any product. This explains why my nails have always chipped and separated from the nail after only one week, in my previous experience with other salons!
I called a day ahead & ask for a certain person. Made appointment! Didn’t get her & I was so rushed through medi & pedi. Was there a total of 30 min. Worst I have ever had there. Not going back, been a client of theirs for 3 yrs.
*Updated review from 5 stars. * Been to this salon 3 times. The first 2 times were great! Beautiful nails. 2nd visit ended up having a fungus after a week. To no fault of anyone's, I assumed it was a fluke. 3rd time I asked for clear, as my nails were almost as long as the tips, so you couldnt see the lines. So they took off the old polish with the dremel(instead of soaking). I was redipped and the nails looked pretty, although rushed paid $45.50 for a fill and the fungus to be removed? Within 1 day, a nail broke-never happens at any other salon or here previously. Then day 3, 2 more nails broke. You can see where Im going. Within 2 weeks-all of the tips had broke and protein was chipping off. I wont be back. Too expensive for broke nails and fungus.
I wanted gel nails and she kept on making fun of me cause of my nails and she didn’t put the gel polish well and it just peeled off way to expensive and bad quality do not recommend
Nails started to pop off after two days, went back & they made me feel stupid & told me it was my nails when clearly it wasn’t, they fixed the two nails. I paid $20 for four designs the first time I went in there, so when I went back for them to fix them they did not do the designs I originally paid for, she told me she didn’t know how to do the designs, (cow print) this is the first time I have ever been in that salon & my last time. Save your head aches & go somewhere else!
I’ve been going to the same nail salon for over 10 years and the last few years I’ve been going I’ve noticed the business had only one person there the owner. I loved going because they’ve always done my nails but lately I’ve been pretty upset with my nails and being left at the salon by myself so they could pick up the kids. Today I wanted to try a different salon and I LOVE THIS PLACE... 1st they are fully staffed. I saw maybe 5-6 workers. The salon was very clean and bright! They had all the colors you could imagine! And the lady that did my nails was so gentle I could’ve fallen asleep lol. I’m overall very happy I went to this salon and will be definitely returning for my fill ????????☺️
Have visited twice. First time I went and Kim did my nails and they were awesome. Heading back today to get a fill and they've lasted a few weeks. Second time I went with my mom to get pedicures and we sat in the chairs for about 45-hour before someone started working on us. We were not told there would be this long of a wait. Overall, pretty good.
