I brought my 3 year old daughter in to get her nails painted for Valentine’s Day. The lady was extremely impatient with her and was frustrated that my daughter couldn’t sit completely still. After trying to tell me to put shellac on my
3 year old, I told her I just wanted normal
Polish. It took her all of 5 minutes to paint her nails. I have taken my daughter here before and gotten her nails painted for $5. When I went to check out it was $14.01. Will never be going back and do not recommend taking young kids here. What was supposed to be a fun nail experience for my daughter turned into her being yelled at the whole time to sit still and “relax” her hand. Like she knew what that meant. Overall an awful and upsetting experience. Will never go back!
This was my second and last time getting my nails done here. Unfortunately, my regular salon was booked today so I thought I would give them another shot. The employee rushed through my SNS manicure, but took the time to tell me that a french manicure would look much more professional than the color I chose. She did not shape my nails or file them down enough. They look terrible and childish. I will not be returning.
Nails look awful; ridges in them, nail length uneven on both hands, and technician was more concerned about getting more help to come in rather than taking her time and doing a good job.
I got the basic pedicure, the service itself was amazing! But when I was done I was told to sit there to let my polish dry. I sat there for at least 30 minutes and my tech started getting a manicure by another tech. I had to get up and get her attention, it still didn’t work so I walked to the front desk. She seemed like it was a bother for her to stop getting her own manicure to check me out.
I took my 11 year old to get her nails done as a Christmas present. I was on a work call at the time, but it was the only time I could get it in. I told them she could have basic acrylic nails. Instead, they gave her a fancy nail shape that cost more and gel polish. I didn’t approve any of it. A $35 set of nails ended up costing me $80. I have been here many times and a couple of the people are always pushing to upsell. I will never go back.
I chose a navy blue from the sample board that is actually a very dark hunter green on my nails. One of the employees even stopped me at the door to compare the color to the sample and they were very obviously not the same. They are dull in many spots like the top coat is defective. After 2 days 3 of my nails are already chipping off color and I’m sure more will follow. Ive never had dip powder chip off before. I was charged full price ($51) and I did leave a full tip, but I don’t think charging full price was the right thing to do when I definitely did not get what I went in for. The technician was very sweet, meticulous, and took her time, but I think their products are very subpar and I will never go back.
Went to get my dip nails taken off yesterday. Technician did a horrible job, I still have nail powder on my nails. Got a manicure, she cut around my cuticles put lotion on my hands, placed a hot towel on my hands for one minute and said your done. There was no buffing or any top coat. I don't normally go to this place but decided to try it. Will not be going back if this is how the service is. Also, this "manicure" cost 30 dollars. Not a good value at all.
I like it here. I think they’re very professional and clean. I also think that they are reasonably price my only negative comment would be that when I was there they got really busy, and I feel like the technician was rushing through my fingernails. There are some spots that weren’t covered with polish etc.
I would go back but I would just try and go when it wasn’t very busy
