My second time here, I work on the 6th so it is very convenient. Sandy did my nails ???? and I love them. She's sweet and a perfectionist (like myself????) I will trust her with my nails again.
The man who did my nails was extremely rude. First he had me pick my colors after he shaped my nails which ended up with me not getting color on them because he was getting upset that I didn’t like the colors he picked out because they had none of the ones even close to whatI wanted . He told me multiple times that if I want a certain color that I should have brought it myself and yes that makes sense however I was willing to change it up a bit it didn’t have to be exact ( which is why I didn’t bring them) I asked for certain shades of green and he put blue on my nails multiple times and I also asked for a brown on my thumb and he put maroon instead so obviously a big difference. I ended up asking for all color removed and I was still charged the same price as my friend who had hers colored? Anyways I do not recommend
Loved my eyebrows. Had to go back for them to correct my pedicure and it was still just as messy as the first time smh… Then the guy was very rude on the phone then in person… Just bc I’m not happy with what they did… I paid to get slayed not played… Never going back it’s a big NO for me…

Went for a eyebrow waxing as usual was serviced by a lady that wasn’t the one who usually does my brow. They want you to look at them while laying back in the chair. I paid and walked to the Publix next door wiped my face and realized the brows where thin and I asked her to not make them thin and looked totally different. I returned and made the lady aware of her area and she got very rude I asked for a refund or half my money back and she refused. I left and will not be returning.
My cousin took me a my sister and her nails look a mess some of the nails were uneven but my sisters look amazing ???? you got get the good lady that old lady is ????
Had my granddaughter's nails done. She's almost 4. The tech did a great job with her.
I go to Q- Nails for my medi and Pedi's and I love the results.
