i love their nails they’re better at acrylics than most salons but i just wish they would be more professional, like if you ask them for something they’ll say they’re not going to do it for you because they don’t have time. if we’re paying you and scheduling ahead we should get what we want.

The absolute worst experience of my life. First off in my pedicure, the worker made me bleed by cutting my nail too deep. I said nothing. Then with my fill in, he tries applying acrylic without even asking if I want my nails cut shorter! When I told him he cut them and when I asked to make sure they were all matching in length he goes “oh you have to have them perfect huh?” Umm yes! This is my money I’m spending. Then, all matched except my thumbs and I told him and he cut it again. Still one was longer and when I mentioned it he’s like “no it’s not!” My thumbs are not the same length now and I posted a pic to prove it. Lastly he put so much acrylic that he made my nails thick. When I told him to please thin them out he placed too much acrylic he goes “not my problem the last person who did your nails did this if you want me to thin them out I’m going to charge you.” He charged me an extra $3 for thinning out my nails! Lastly, he started blabbing in his native tongue something and said “2 hours” and guess how long I had been there?…2 hours. He was so concerned of getting to the women waiting that he wanted to give me mediocre service. Get more workers and don’t rush hard working paying customers! I will NEVER, EVER go there again!

Walked into this business today for the first time and IT WILL BE MY LAST!

The guy was annoyed because I asked for a price list because as a new customer that’s usually how us consumers decide on what we want from any business.

Moving forward I told him stilleto shape he have me granny 1969 shape. I was not upset I just said hey I don’t like it, he was like you’re gonna pay me $5 and going on and on. I told him it’s not a big deal I just like my nails and already and that’s that. He proceeds to throw supplies while getting things to soak my nails off per my request. He threw down the receipt to pay his $5 and walked away. Terrible service ..

Acrylic nails full set does not include polish, regular polish $5. I asked for yellow, the nail tech basically scraped a bottle to polish. I noticed it was not covering the nail and I had several spaces. I expressed my concern, he said hello always like this, I said why charge for it then? He said pick a different color, no I want yellow this is not my first time getting yellow. He said I’ll give you your $5 back and you get out. Now it’s nail shops all over, this is not a business that need your money and it shows in the work they do. That husband terrible and confrontational. Please drive somewhere that at least has customer service tact and analytical skills. I left without polish after he tried to have his daughter polish them for me. The get out because I didn’t like the way he half polished my nails is enough for me. Don’t waste your money or time here. They pick and choose who they want to service.

I went in to do a pedicure with regular polish. The lady said $30 and up. I did just a basic pedicure. Jena who was doing my pedicure was amazing. Her mother on the other hand is rude and greedy. She charged me $40 saying I had to much skin. What the fuc…… how can you have to much skin. I was so happy with Jena, but I will never go back because of that rude greedy old lady. They don’t post there prices so they can make up any price the want. Don’t go to this place.

I have been here before and they did a good job. I went back today with a picture of what I wanted for my nails and also got a pedicure. The pedicure was great however my nails were a whole different story. 2 of my nails were suppose to be ombre and they were suppose to be light mauve. They not only turned out nothing like the picture but all my nails are different lengths, and they charged me 90 dollars for my nails and a pedicure. I definitely will not be back!!! Not a bad place if you want just a mani and pedi but anything extra they can't do

This place needs to be shut down. Extremely dirty. They don’t clean their tools. And don’t bother asking about a wait time because they will tell you it’s a 20 minute wait and then take over an hour. Much better salons in the area than this one.

I came here with my sister in law by chance and the service is great. Janet and her husband were very sweet and kind. I wasn't comfortable with having a Male touching my hands or feet they showed no rudeness and kindly fulfilled my request. They even serviced us a little after hours when they could have told us they were closed. I will definitely come back again. Janet is very gentle with her touch and thorough. Most places are rough and try to get you in and out with pedicures from what I experienced. She took her time and was really friendly through the process and made us feel comfortable. We plan to be regulars here ????. I'm confused by the negative reviews, give them a chance I highly doubt you will be disappointed.
