Quick Facts About Q's Nails ll

Q's Nails ll place receives mixed reviews from customers, with both strengths and weaknesses evident in the comments. Examining these comments, we can identify several strengths and weaknesses of the salon.
Starting with the strengths, customers appreciated the work of specific technicians. Titi, Robert, and Tom were mentioned positively, with customers praising their skill and the quality of their work. This indicates that the salon has capable technicians who can provide customers with satisfactory nail services. Additionally, some customers mentioned good conversations with the technicians, suggesting that the staff at Q's Nails ll place are friendly and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for their clients.
However, there are several weaknesses that need to be addressed. One major concern raised by customers is the issue of inconsistent pricing. One customer states that they feel like the salon makes up their own prices and charges whatever they feel like, even charging the same price for different services. This suggests a lack of transparency and fairness in their pricing practices, which could lead to customer dissatisfaction and mistrust.
Another weakness highlighted by customers is the cleanliness and organization of the salon. Several customers mentioned dirty and disorganized stations, indicating a lack of proper sanitation and maintenance. This raises concerns about hygiene and the overall professionalism of the salon. Furthermore, one customer mentioned receiving a manicure where the technician left gel base coat and uneven edges on their nails. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and poor quality control, which can result in unsatisfactory experiences for customers.
In addition to these concerns, there are also complaints about customer service. One customer mentioned being banned from the shop for making requests to fix their nails, experiencing what they perceived as customer discrimination. Another customer had a negative encounter with a technician who was rude and had a terrible attitude. These incidents suggest a lack of professionalism and respect towards customers, leading to a poor customer experience.
Furthermore, there is a lack of consistency in the quality of service provided by different technicians. While some customers had positive experiences with certain technicians, others found them to be rude and unhelpful, indicating inconsistency in the level of service provided by the staff at Q's Nails ll place.
Despite these weaknesses, there are positive comments from customers who had a good experience at the salon. Some customers praised specific technicians for their skills and professionalism. One customer even mentioned that they will make Q's Nails ll place their go-to salon. This indicates that there is potential for the salon to provide a positive and satisfactory experience for customers.
However, it is clear that Q's Nails ll place has some areas that need improvement. Addressing the issues of inconsistent pricing, cleanliness, and organization, as well as improving customer service and maintaining consistent quality across all technicians, are crucial steps for the salon to enhance its strengths and overcome weaknesses. By prioritizing these improvements, Q's Nails ll place can strive to provide a better overall experience for their customers.

Best TL Reviews

Titi does a really good job on my nails no issues, good conversations. I do feel like they make up their own prices.
I was charged $80 for a full set extra short nails with French tip. I believe they make up prices and charge whatever they fill. I’ve gotten long nails with a design before and was charged the same price.
The station I sat at was dirty and disorganized. I asked for a polish removal and manicure with no polish. The tech removed most of the gel polish I had on, but left a good amount of clear gel base coat on my nails that I had to buff off myself later. I also reshaped them myself as they were uneven and the edges needed buffing. I was charged $25 and tipped 2. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and both times I thought they were sloppy. I won’t be back.
I've been coming here to get my nails done and technicians have done a decent job. However, the last time I was here, one of the older women who doesn't speak English did my toes. The nail polish color didn't look the same on my toes as it did on the sample nail and I asked her to change it. She also left me with a broken toe nail which I asked her to fix. Apparently, that request has now gotten me banned from the shop, even though SHE was the one rolling her eyes with each request. I came in today (paid for an uber from DC to get here) and they are now refusing to serve me because I am "difficult" (yes, perpetuation of the angry Black woman stereotype even in the nail shop). I didn't think that customer discrimination could come as a result of asking for what you want, but apparently it can. Ask for what you want here at your own risk. ????????‍♀️
Best experience ever im definitely coming back and bringing my loves one Robert (ig:@icetraynails) did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable ❤️❤️
Tom did a great job! First time but definitely will go back.
The young lady that did my pedicure was very welcoming and did a good job. Then I wanted manicure and a full set done. I was brought to a different technician. She was like pick a color so while I was checking, one of them accidentally came off the hook and she screamed oh my gosh. I apologize. I had questions about color and nails since it was my first . She was so rude and said do it yourself. She had a terrible attitude so I had to leave . She did a bad job on the manicure. I can never go back there .. I don’t suggest them at all . The other technician Male did nothing about it so I assume they are all the same period. Wasted time!!!!
It was my first time going there. I read the reviews before going. I am very please that I went with my instant and went. Everyone was friendly and the lady who did my nails was a older lady she was very good and gentle. Will be my place to go from now on. I went to the one in New Carrollton.
