This is my second visit with Le and having her do gel polish for me. I recently stopped doing acrylics and want to let my natural nails grow out. The atmosphere is in the afternoon is very peaceful. Next trip in I plan on having a pedicure and will update after that experience.
Didn't have a good experience. The lady specifically did not do what I asked her to even after discussing what I wanted at least four times we discussed me doing the dip on my nails even went as far as to speak about the colors of powder. She started doing my nails like normal building a base and we got all the way to the end and she started to gel paint them and I was like what are you doing we discussed the dip and she kept arguing with me and continued to do the gel anyway. She would not stop and do the dip as we discussed I wanted. I do not like gel nails because they always look really bulky and lumpy because they don't shape them down there just how ever the gel gets laid. Any how I ended up paying forty five dollars for nails I could have done at home with my gel kit. I am very unhappy with my experience and will not be taking my business here anymore. Be warned for anyone who chooses this place the ladies will do what ever they want to your nails if they are in a rush and then not change it or fix it no matter how many times you say no this isn't what I want. And still charge you full price for nails you didn't ask for
I have only gotten My nails done here, wish they would actually do a manicure when they apply nails or do them, but my nails are also cute other than that

I made an appointment a week ago, went in and treated me nicely. These nails are perfect. Got them a day before my quinceañera.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was there for about an hour and 40min and did not receive any type of nail care AT ALL! I only wanted a pedicure and all they had me do was pick a color. Not to mention their sanitation is horrible!! They had a nail tech taking a nap on one of the couches and several others doing absolutely nothing meanwhile I was waiting to get attend. Every one had this nasty attitude. Over all this was the most horrific experience I have ever had. More people would walk in with no appointments and get attended meanwhile I had been waiting there for an hour. I walked out with no service just a horrible experience.
I used to go to this salon years when Jenny and John owned it. Jenny did my nails and Anna did my pedicures. I always loved the service there and the salon was clean. These two ladies, and John on occasion, were always very nice to work with...very polite. Then one day I went in for a mani-pedi and they were gone!! I let the man at Jenny's nail table do the manicure but I was NOT happy with his work. And the atmosphere is terrible now...the salon smells bad. Just NOT the same. I will never go back there. WHERE IS JENNY, JOHN, AND ANNA AT!!!!!!!!
Do not recommend. I have never left a review before but felt obligated to because this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The lady that did my brows had me sit in a chair which was the first red flag (usually when I get my brows done at other salons, I lay down on a spa bed). As soon as I sat down, the lady ripped my glasses off of my face before I even had the chance to take them off myself. Second red flag. Then she continued to keep a firm grip on my expensive glasses and I had to ask for them back before she damaged them! Third red flag. Next, she kept tilting my head very aggressively and was very rude about it. Forth red flag. Next, I kept asking to see a mirror so I could see what she was doing and she refused. Fifth red flag. Afterwards, I had to use my front camera on my phone because I was not given a mirror and to my horror, half of my brows were gone! I was clearly upset and the lady just ignored me. Very upset with my brows and my experience at Nails Spa.
