I went to this place for the first time and I had a specific nail design I wanted from Pinterest. This lady that did my nails did this shape that was horrible and the nails itself were very thick like if I was wearing 2 nails on top of each other! I called the following day, and I spoke with who I thought was the manager and she told me to come in and get them fixed. When I went back to days later, she wasn’t there or there was a guy receptionist and he said that he would fix them for me but only filed the bottom of my nails and didn’t wanna actually redo the paint or nail at all! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!
I love coming here to get my nails done. Great prices! The last time I came here i got a Pedi and a Mani and paid $80 you total. The first time coming here I got a Mani and Pedi french Tip gel. I also got the hot wax spa for my Pedi. What a great deal! I've gone to other places for the exact service and paid about $120!
Today I got Mani french tip gel black and my nails look great! Even got the boyfriend to go with me lol. The people here are so nice and definitely know what they're doing. I never have to stick to one person because they all do a great job every time. Also they take walks ins and are always quick to help you. Thank you so much Q T Nails & spa! This is my go to self care stop! Also they take cash and zelle and if necessary card too.
These are my natural nails that I had done at QT with gel polish. The gel polish is still perfect after one month. No chips or rough spots around the cuticles. Best manicure ever.
Got my nails done here, the tech was lovely and took her time to make sure I liked my nails. Plus the owner is super nice. I absolutely love how they turned out, and it was very reasonably priced!
First time here on a whim. Made an appointment and was seen promptly. Had nail extenders put on and dip. Ive never had such a good experience at a nail place before. Kevin did such and amazing clean job and didn't knick me once. My friend had hers done by Kit and loved them as well. Would definitely recommend. And you can pay by Venmo. ????
Always polite and accommodating. They do a fantastic job every time! Started going here after the horrible treatment I got from the other place I was a regular at for the last 3 years. I won't name names but they're located in the VONS shopping center down the street. Anyway, QTs is much better!

I am not going to lie my feet were in poor condition. I rarely get my nails done and my personal foot care tends to get put on the back burner. I am a SAHM mom with a 5y, 4y & 2y old, my hubby works 65-70hrs a week. Anyway I sit down and ask for the biggest package they have, because I know I need it. The lady sits down and begins working on the trimming, cuticles and calluses. After she is done she made a big spectacle of cleaning up. Then proceeded to take the dirty towel and stop at two other stations complaining/snickering about my feet before taking the towel to the back room. After that my technician took two tours around the whole shop talking to other staff about the condition on my feet. By this point I was red, embarrassed and teary-eyed. Unable to regain composure I just got up left a 20 on the seat for the services rendered and walked out before my service was complete. And none of the workers even noticed until I reached my car.
