Quick Facts About Queen Nails

Queen Nails has received a mix of positive and negative comments, highlighting both its strengths and weaknesses. In order to provide a comprehensive analysis, we will examine each aspect of the salon based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one commenter expressed their love for the salon and the friendly staff. The positive experience and excellent customer service indicate that Queen Nails has built a strong and loyal customer base. The staff's ability to consistently provide an amazing job and maintain a friendly atmosphere is a significant strength of the salon. Additionally, another satisfied customer mentioned that Queen Nails has been their favorite salon since high school. This long-term loyalty demonstrates that the salon has been successful in consistently meeting their customers' needs and providing a positive experience.
Moving on to the weaknesses, a few commenters mentioned issues with the quality of the service provided. One customer had a disappointing experience when they brought their younger sister for a prom nail appointment. The nail technician did not perform the necessary cuticle work, resulting in an incomplete manicure. Furthermore, the commenter mentioned that even their own nails were not properly painted, as their natural nails were still visible and the technician did not adequately fix the issue. This highlights a lack of attention to detail and inconsistency in the quality of service.
Another customer complained about a long wait time and a poor attempt at an ombre design. The salon failed to blend the colors properly, resulting in an unsatisfactory look. The commenter also mentioned that the nails turned out lumpy with air bubbles, suggesting a lack of skill or attention to detail by the nail technician. Additionally, the presence of black specks in one of the nails indicates a lack of cleanliness or hygiene standards at the salon.
Another negative comment highlighted a communication issue between the customer and staff. The commenter specifically requested a fill for their acrylic nails, but the technician misunderstood and performed a soak-off, resulting in the customer having to get a whole new set of nails. This miscommunication shows a lack of attentiveness and clear communication skills on the part of the staff.
In terms of pricing, one customer mentioned that they paid $60 for a subpar nail job, suggesting that the pricing at Queen Nails may not be proportional to the quality of service. Another customer mentioned that their nails only lasted a week before they started coming off, indicating weak nail application and a lack of durability. The customer also mentioned that the nails were poorly shaped and thin, further highlighting the lack of skill and quality in the service provided.
In summary, Queen Nails has strengths in terms of a loyal customer base, friendly staff, and a positive atmosphere. However, weaknesses include inconsistencies in quality, lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and subpar nail durability. Additionally, some customers expressed dissatisfaction with the pricing, suggesting that the quality of service may not justify the cost. Overall, Queen Nails should focus on improving their attention to detail, skill level, communication, and pricing structure in order to address the weaknesses and provide a more consistent and satisfactory experience for their customers.

I love this salon and the ladies that work here. They do an amazing job and are always so friendly. Today I only had my nails done, but look at this beautiful design!
Went in to get my little sisters nails done for prom next week and the lady did not even do any cuticle work on her nails..?Just sanded them down and started putting the nails on. It was her first time getting her nails done. I was over just getting my nails painted. So I could not see what she was doing for her and she had no idea what was supposed to be done. The lady that painted my nails, did not even do a good job on painting my nails, you could still see my nail and I asked her to go over them. She only went over one nail and called it good.. I would say definitely not worth $62…
Love Queen nails! Always my favorite. Started coming back in high-school, never want to go anywhere else. ❤️ 10/10
Hour wait, which would be fine if they told you. Asked for an ombre and they weren't able to blend it, so it looked terrible. I then asked for them to paint the ombre nails a solid color to get rid of the gross attempt at ombre. I would have gladly done dip to get the ombre effect. Nails turned out very lumpy with air bubbles and thumb has black specks in it, so now I am sitting at a different nail salon waiting to take these off and get new nails done. I am really disappointed.
Awful experience! first and last time visit. I came in for a FILL! FOR MY ACRYLIC NAILS! They began removing my nails. I asked her if that was what she was doing
.. she replied.. no I give you fill. OK I thought. She still continued soaking my nails. I asked again . Are you sure you are not taking my acrylics off there she replied , you have dip. I remove old dip before I can give you new dip. No I replied. NO DIP. ONLY WANT FILL. by then another came up and they talked between themselves then said to me you come in with dip on . NOT ACRYLIC. She argued with me . Of course by then ot was to late my ACRYLICs were melted off. So I had to get a whole nother set. They look awful! Do not recommend this place at all. Oh and I had my 5 year old granddaughter with me and told them to give her a pedi. $15 THEY SAID. OK .. SHE had never been and was excited. They ended up doing a pedi and manicure... painting her fingers and toes. Then after all said and done costed me $85 ... and before the day was over grand daughters polish was chipping off. Hope you people enjoy that $85. Awful place... don't go!
The ladies were kinda rude and didn't even do the nails right, lines were off and not straight and so was the color. Paid $60 for something that was only worth $20 if that
I usually travel across town to my regular nail salon, however I was on a time crunch so I decided to visit Queen Nails. I was welcomed with friendly service, and when they saw I was uncertain about my color selection, they asked what I liked and made a few suggestions. We landed on a fall ombré and OH MY GOODNESS! They did such an incredible job! The quality of care they took with my nails, was exceptional. She took pride in her work and it showed! I will definitely be coming back regularly.
Very weak nails, less than a week my nails came off. Very displeased. Horrible shaping and very thin. You will never see me here again. Not to mention the price but, $65 DOLLARS!!!!!!! For nails that were ugly and only lasted a week...
