I bought a 13×7 Faux Skin HD Invisible Lace Wig for me and my mother. I bought it first, installed it myself and I absolutely love it!! I was looking for a ginger wig but I settle for a Dark Brown wig and I absolutely love it! I bought my Mom the same wig for my mom and she loves it! I def recommend!!! ????????

Amazing customer service and hair products

For real a hidden gem! I love going there as they are always asking if we need help, NOT following people around to see if we are stealing,but to really help! I NEVER leave without buying something! Last time I was there it was for my daughter and I told him..."I am not sure if she found what she wants, she is looking for a specific thing" I pointed toward her and started to say her name & ask if she found it, but he went toward her, USING HER NAME & treating her like she was the most important thing in the world! She is only 14 and VERY SHY! She opened right up to him, then $70 later LOL,. we left as we always do happy! Ready to go back already!

Typical beauty supply store catering mainly to the African American community. They have lots of products in stock. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for. Decent location on a main street.

These recent reviews are not truthful...smh. Service has gone down drastically and the helpers never look professional or talk it either. Some look like they rolled out of bed. Language is foul. Prices are SUPER HIGH and I go out of town to shop at beauty land and beauty world. Owner needs to be more careful about who he hires.

I have shopped at this store since they opened the doors. I have read some of the reviews which most have been fairly good. My experience there has been good up until a recent visit where I purchased a braided wig which the back was not completely finished. I’m saying when I put this wig on the whole back of my neck was showing.Your not allowed to try them on because of COVID. Soooo I spent 90 dollars on this wig and wasn’t even allowed to exchange for a cheaper wig I just wanted to get something because I spent 90 on this one.I was told I had to purchase another and would be given 20 percent off wowww. All I know is they won’t get another dime of my money and all my friends that shop there won’t be back as well.Moral of the story cheaper ain’t always better. Lady’s buy your wigs from a quality wig store which is what I will do from now on. Was that 90 dollars worth you losing a loyal consumer.

Went that for the first time the manager was very friendly and welcome and to help. There is so much to choose from I like the volume look for one particular thing that they did not have a 360 lace wig just sold out but he will be getting more in I went from Rocky Mount to Wilson to visit this store very clean and neat
