The staff was nice, but the quality of work leaves much to be desired. Absolutely, awful. I have never had my nails look so terrible. I can’t believe I paid for this.

This place is amazing!! They always do a great job. I am never disappointed. Clean, friendly and lots of colors. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

You are greeted by an amazingly sweet receptionist as soon as you walk in. They also offer complimentary mimosas! The owner, Diem did my nails and they turned out great! She was so sweet! We chatted about our lives and I felt as though she was really trying to get to know me. I didn't feel like just another customer as with other salons. Diem definitely has a new customer!

Love Bisou! The staff is super nice and the owner Diem is amazing! I love coming here to get my nails done. You will always be welcomed with a smile and a free glass of wine which is always a plus!

My tech was AMAZING I asked for designs and showed her a picture and she delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. The best I ever had I'm so happy with her work. I will definitely come back.

I have been going to Haverford Nails for quite some time. I won’t go anywhere else. Mary is truly amazing and from the minute you walk in until you leave, you are treated like cherished family. They have a wide variety of services with excellent prices. The quality of what they do is excellent for pedicures and manicures. They offer a an array of color choices and types of polishes. They also do waxing. I can’t say enough about Haverford Nails. I have recommended it to a number of people and now they are fans as well. Thank you Mary and staff for all you do to make your customers feel special.

I went here twice, both times on Sunday.

For one there’s only two women working on Sunday which is odd because that’s a busy day.

The owner is VERY nice!! She greets everyone and makes the experience pleasant. My first visit she was able to complete my service before I flew out for a wedding.

Unfortunately the second woman who sits towards the front was extremely rude with a horrible attitude during that first visit.

The second time I came in, the same woman towards the front had the same exact nasty attitude.

I sat to receive dirty looks at what I assume to be trash talk in her native language the entire time there.

Hoping to God it wasn’t racial but I will never be giving this place my money again until there are some front of house changes.
