Worse place ever the guy rush did my toes and cut me multiple places. Got up this morning with my feet hurting and swollen multiple places.and he cut so deep in to one of my big toes. I told him don’t pull the skin off but he did. I don’t recommend at all.
Had been going for over Ten years always polite & reasonable in town. During pandemic they did change lots of policy for worse but with pricing and manners which as carried over two years later with steady decline in customer service no care/ respect for certain people. Saddens me
The young guy is very unprofessional and shouldn’t work with people in my honest opinion…he didn’t want another person doing a nail design…he couldn’t do it himself , so I asked if someone else could..he was like, “She’s busy” as if I wasn’t willing to wait. Of course he wouldn’t know since he didn’t think customer service was important enough to know to ask. I didn’t really want a sticker on my nails as an alternative….. To add insult to injury he cut my nails fast without asking what shape I’d like them. I don’t like them straight across….Then when I pointed out that my nails weren’t clean that I needed to wash them (he didn’t even soak them…) he told me to leave. I didn’t have a problem with that. Had he have some form of social skills…he might actually do an AVERAGE job , but he needs some type of deliverance. Jesus take the wheel.
Do not do business with this nail salon I made an appointment for my daughter’s prom grooming for 12 came in at 10:30 and the nail tech Kevin was not in I was told to wait upon his arrival, another lady came behind me, and was seen first I asked calmly why was she seen prior I was told she made an appointment and I replied so did I but ok go ahead, then I asked the other lady tech can someone do my daughters pedicure and eyebrows because Kevin don’t do those services another tech would have to anyway I was yelled at like I’m a child, telling me walk ins will be seen before me and that I will wait til 12! So I immediately called another shop and was seen right away! I called back to speak with a manager so they can address my concerns still got yelled at once again instead of them listening for understanding! My power is in my money so I will not be doing business with someone treat me with disrespect
Depends on what tech you get, but this last time I had one that was rushing to get me done so they can get to next customer and drilled off my gel rather than soaking it off ruining my naturally long beautiful nails. They are all paper thin and broke down below the finger. It's painful. As well they are always trying to use the cheese grater on my feet.
Rude staff. Basic to adequate work, dependingonwho you get. Tried them a few times and it didn't get better.
Worst place you can even go too ..riude nasty customer service and I’m sanitary I’m definitely calling the health department !!! Wish I could rate it negative 0
