10 days after an acrylic manicure 3 of my nails peeled almost completely. I call them to see if I can stop by to have them repair but the manager told me that I had to make and pay for a new manicure. Acrylic manicures, should last 2 or 3 weeks. Ten days is not right and their response to costumer service is awful. I do not recommend this nail spa no anyone.

My new favorite nail salon! Henry is great and manicures my nails exactly how I want. He’s very attentive to the shape of my nails.

Chippen Nails is the nicest salon I've been to in the valley! Excellent service, incredible attention to detail, and speedy too! 10/10 recommend. Also, kudos to Ryan for being so sociable while multitasking! I'll be back for sure, and recommending anyone who asks where to get their nails done.

Beautiful work for excellent value. Mimi was fantastic!! I am super ticklish, but she got me through the pedicure with minimal jerk-movements. hahaa! Also, Angel does a perfect eyebrow wax. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Talented nail techs! Beautiful salon! Relaxing atmosphere! My feet are a challenge & they always come out looking fantastic. This facility is clean & their tools are sanitized. I’m a licensed nail tech & they are doing things by the book. I totally trust their services & highly recommend.

Really a standout experience. I made an appointment for 4 people for pedicures and manicures. Asked to have pedicures done all together, which is difficult because all technicians would be attending to our party. They accommodated and were very friendly and great. Manicures and pedicures are beautiful, and we never felt as though they were rushing through. The phone was constantly ringing for appointments, a testament to their client base.
