Quick Facts About Red Nails

Red Nails place has a mix of strengths and weaknesses, as highlighted by the comments from various customers. This analysis will provide an in-depth understanding of its strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, one customer appreciated the friendliness and skill of the nail technician who did her nails exactly how she wanted them. The technician also took the time to ask for feedback throughout the process, ensuring the customer's satisfaction. This demonstrates that Red Nails place has capable staff who prioritize customer service and aim to meet clients' requirements. Additionally, this customer mentioned the use of a pleasant smelling pineapple oil, which suggests that Red Nails place pays attention to providing a pleasant and enjoyable experience for its customers.
In terms of weaknesses, one recurring issue mentioned by multiple customers is the excessive waiting time. Some customers reported waiting for up to two hours before receiving any service. This indicates a lack of efficient management and possibly an understaffed salon, as one customer mentioned that there were only two workers present during their visit. These prolonged waiting times can lead to frustration and a negative experience for customers, potentially driving them away from the salon.
Another significant weakness highlighted in the comments is the lack of professionalism and quality in certain nail services. One customer described a painful experience during a pedicure, where they ended up with a bleeding toe and burn scratches. The nail technician responsible showed no concern for the customer's well-being and only offered a small discount as compensation. This incident raises concerns about the training and skills of some staff members at Red Nails place. Furthermore, another customer mentioned a subpar acrylic fill-in, where the polish was sticky and thick, and the technician used a drill to remove the paint, causing further pain and bleeding. These instances suggest a lack of expertise and attention to detail in providing quality nail services.
Some customers also commented on the lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. One customer noticed the unsanitary soaking solution used after their bleeding toe incident. This raises concerns about the salon's adherence to proper sanitation practices. Additionally, another customer mentioned that their cuticles weren't pushed back during the nail service, indicating a neglect of basic hygiene protocols.
Furthermore, a few customers noted issues with the pedicure service. One customer felt rushed during the pedicure and observed that the technician did not clean the gunk under their toes or ask about nail cutting preferences. Another customer expressed disappointment with the lack of proper callus removal and the use of soap instead of the expected spa treatment. These incidents indicate a lack of attention to detail and individualized care during the pedicure service.
Lastly, one customer suggested that Red Nails place could improve the evenness of their nail services by adding a lamp to the tables. This comment implies that the salon's lighting may not be adequate for achieving consistent and precise nail art or manicures.
In conclusion, Red Nails place has strengths in terms of friendly staff members, capable technicians, and reasonable prices. However, it faces significant weaknesses, including prolonged waiting times, unprofessional and painful experiences, lapses in cleanliness and hygiene practices, and issues with the pedicure service. Addressing these weaknesses would be essential for Red Nails place to improve its reputation and retain customers.

The first time I came here, it was already about 5 pm. They looked busy and there were only 2 ladies working. I wish they had just told me they wouldn’t have time to get to me… but instead they made me wait for an hour and then put me and 2 other girls at pedi stations… then 1 of the workers left so then there was just 1 worker. We literally soaked at the pedi station for 2 hours and then she came to get started on the other 2 girls since they’d gotten there first. It was already after 8 pm so I just left. The second time I went there, I just needed my SNS manicures soaked off (that I got from somewhere else). Instead of soaking them, the lady literally just spent 10 minutes ripping them off with her own bare hands then charged me $10. I could’ve done that myself for free. It was so painful.
So this is the second time I’ve been here and it was the absolute worst. A couple of my nails started falling off three days after my appointment. Now, the acrylic on my pinky nail is completely attached to my natural nail because of excessive glue. I’ve tried soaking my nails three different times for 30 minutes and they just won’t budge and it’s extremely painful to the touch.
The lady who did my nails did a good job. She was very friendly and nice and didn't hurt me at all. She did them exactly how I wanted them. She did the design herself and did a great job with it. I can't wait to go back and get a fill in to see what she gone do next. She even kept asking me if I like it before she even shaped and painted them. After she cut and shaped them she kept asking if I like the shape and size. When she painted them she asked did I like them and gave me some really nice smelling pineapple oil.
Mon Aug 29 2022. Im the only customer, manager who is a very nice lady did my pedi. Once she started on my feet i immediately realized i had said from a previous visit that i would not come back bc she is tiny in stature but as rough as a liinebacker. Long story short i left with a bleeding toe on one foot and burn scratches on two toes on the other foot. She never apologized, only dipped my foot with the bleeding toe in the unsanitary soaking solution. i asked why my other toes were burning, no response. Why i let her continue, i dont know! Why i paid her and didnt raise my concerns more strongly, i dont know. I did ask her to compensate and all she gave me was $2 off. I did wash and sanitize my feet and am watching for infection. I advise all to not go but if you do please beware and dont be afraid to shut your visit down and walk away. Ask for anyone except the manager/owner.
Paid $70 for pedicure and acrylic fill in. Pedicure was not good but it was fine so after that I went over to another lady to do my fill in. She did a horrible job. Polish was sticky and so thick that my fingers were sticking together. I asked her if I could get some nail polish remover around my cuticles to clean it up and she pulled out a tiny drill and drilled the paint of my fingers/cuticles which hurt. Went to pay even tho it looked like a child had done my nails. It was SO BAD. She asked if I was happy and I said no they are messy (that was putting it nicely) and she told me she would fix it and I said no I’ll just pay and have you remove the color. She argued with me and said she would fix it and so I sat back down and she started removing the paint and nicked me so hard I started bleeding. Was only given $15 back for a painful, horrible experience. Left the salon like this
So I took my mom here so we can do our nails.. first was the pedicure. I feel like they was rushing the process because they had other clients and not tending to us as individuals…they didn’t clean the gunk under the toes or even ask if I wanted my nails cut. What really had me upset is I asked before even sitting in the chair if they provided the spa treatment(powder that goes into water and makes it squishy) she says yes and then when we are sitting there she puts like soap in the water, I paid an extra forty for soap? The bottom of my moms foot isn’t even soft like it should’ve been if you removed the callus correctly. As for my nails, she didn’t push back the cuticle, and my nails came out uneven. Really upsetting but my eyebrows look great so that would be my only recommendation
Sophia got her nails done for her 13th birthday here. Sophia said it felt like they were ripping her nails off when they were filing but she survived.
Very nice ladies here and prices reasonable. I just think they can do better at making nails more even by adding a lamp to the tables.
