Great customer service but my nails were coming off in a week, that usually doesn't happen when I get them done else where I won't be going back there I'll go back to D&B nails
I went to get a cute nail design short length square and they completely missed the design close to none of my nails are the same shape there clumpy and all together not what I wanted I asked for a refund and for them to remove the nails but she refused to remove them and only gave me less then half of my refund and was completely unprofessional and disrespectful the whole time I’ve been there multiple times and never worked with her and I’ve been fine with my product but with her it wasn’t right at all and I had a big event coming up and I explained that I needed them off but she started complaining about her personal struggles (Tina is who did my nails) and when I told her I needed my money because I can’t just waste money on unworthy product and she told me she needed the money way more than I could imagine
They took great care of me when we drove four hours to Anderson for a wedding. My feet were in "winter boot" mode and looked hideous! Thank you to the pedicurist who took care of me that day. I really am grateful. She did a great job and was very friendly and nice to me. Thank you!

We appreciate Tina's dedication to serving each customer and making them feel welcome. We are so pleased with her service and attention to detail. It's not easy to be a business owner, and it is certainly a 24/7 endeavor. She gives her business and clientele such individual attention. My husband and I have been customers for years and we will continue to trust he with our nail care needs.
Called for last minute appt. Took me right away and did a great job. Will be returning next month for another pedicure. Second time and will now be a monthly must do for me.
They are kind but they don’t listen and they tend to give your appointment to someone else 5 minutes before you show
Tina is awesome! This woman has been working 7 days a week since COVID without a break. She has given this business her all, doing whatever it takes to please the customer. When I go to her, I am patient because she is worth the wait. Thank you Tina for beautiful nails every time.
