They made my day ???? Honestly, the hospitality, service, everything was perfect. They wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. My hair stylist, Rita, she was amazing. She noticed I had a bad cut, but she did her very best to make sure that it met up to the type of hairstyle I wanted. She went above and beyond, and I'm so very thankful because the results came out amazing ???? Y'all really should come here because everyone is so nice and welcoming ???? I’m usually happy with my haircut results with Rita but this time I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back unfortunately. From the start of the appointment I knew something was off when she apparently completely forgot I even had an appointment with her and while in the chair she was back and forth on the phone FaceTiming someone and talking with clients, dealing with the register. I understand she is busy but when you have someone who is paying for a service they deserve your attention, not everyone else. My hair is uneven and choppy and i even mentioned this before leaving the salon but she brushed me off i suppose to take the next client. This is completely unprofessional and i will have to take my business elsewhere in the future for styling.
Went to get a treatment done and my hair came out good I just did not like that I had 2 people doing my hair back and forth and what was suppose to be a 3 hr process somehow turned into 4 hrs because the person doing my hair was all over. She was very nice, just wish they were more attentive
I received a wash, cut, and blow out all for $70, not including tip. The salon was welcoming and clean. It was a Tuesday at 2PM and two people were also being serviced. The hairstylist taking care of me was kind and thorough with the wash. I showed her a photo of what I was looking for and tried my best to explain—there was a slight language barrier. The final look was OK. The layers were choppy and sides ended up uneven. The blow out looked unnatural and messy but I blame my thick hair. Overall, it was a nice experience but certainly not what I was hoping for. I would request a different stylist next time.
Just moved to Queens and I was skeptical about where to go to get my hair done. This place is incredible! You could literally get all the pampering done under one roof and leave really happy! I got my nails done and my hair cut here and I'm super pleased. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. They talked me through all the options for my nails and hair and did it exactly how I wanted! I asked for short side bangs and layers and I got exactly what I asked for. Not to mention the haircut took 5 minutes so you know they are experienced! They use great quality products and they all know their stuff! Overall, I'm thrilled I chose to come here and I'm really glad there are such kind people around! The perfect welcome I was hoping for. Will definitely be coming back!
After recovering from COVID, my hair started falling out in clumps. I was completely devastated since I had long, thick curly hair. After two months of my hair falling out, I was left with strands of thin long hair which looked horrible. I decided to go for the BIG CHOP. It was fate that I found this salon and I want to thank Google reviews for helping me make my decision to just walk in and see if someone could help me.
Rita is a Goddess. She was immediately so caring and so sweet when I was telling her what I was going through. The rest of the staff was also really attentive and very nice.
I ended up getting my hair washed and cut and I added highlights for an extra pick me up (through Rita’s recommendation to add more dimension to my hair since my hair is now so thin) and a blow dry.
Y’all, I love this place so much. Rita did such an amazing job with my cut and those highlightssssss, I am in love. I have gotten so many compliments and I’ve recommended the salon to a lot of people in the span of the few hours that I’ve had my hair done.
I highly recommend this place. It’s been a while since I’ve had a hair dresser actually caree about my hair and my emotions... I’ve been a wreck seeing my hair fall out the way that it has, and Rita took such great care of me and even recommended some products and vitamins!
Trust me, if you’re looking for a hair salon... look no further! They also have a slew of other services that I can’t wait to try. I’ll be sure to update my review when I go in again ????
Found this place through Groupon, Munirá did an amazing job. Just be aware that they charge extra for hair length. Overall I had a great experience and the salon is very clean.
Delighted to know this gem salon! Rita, a true professional hair stylist and Ella, a nail master made my experience a bliss! Walk ins are welcome here which totally works for me! They really go the extra mile and I truly appreciate for all the help and great advices I've got. I definitely recommend this beauty salon!
