I LOVE the outcome of my eyelashes!! I always come to get my eyebrows threaded, and this time I came for a whole experience! I got my eyebrows threaded, face threaded. I ALWAYS get compliments on my eyebrows when I get them threaded! This time I treated myself & got my eyelashes curled+tinted! Everyone who works here is so talented! I naturally have long eyelashes, but they’re straight. Even if I use an eyelash curler and mascara my lashes always droop back down! But now I’m just going to start treating myself to curling my lashes here! Makes it look like I have eyelash extensions, but it’s natural!
really wanted to like her! I grew out my eyebrows for two months to get them threaded. When I came in I tried to explain I wanted to retain length & thickness. she brushed me off and told me to get on the chair, barely looked at my eyebrow shape and just went in. I was being rushed but there was literally no one in there. This is the thinnest my eyebrows have been, and there's no shape. she didn't even bother to cut both brows. didn't even clean them after... really wanted to like her bc she's closer, but now im just disappointed I trusted her. went through the process of growing it out & enduring the ugly stage to get this. never again boo
I have been to Rosa’s several times. Each time I have had a different technician. All were professional, friendly and did a great job. I typically get eyebrow threading with occasional full face.
The location is clean and I have only had a ‘longish’ wait one time. I recommend Rosa’s to my friends
A friend recommended this place to me for waxing & eyebrows. I tried both and cannot recommend the waxing for extra sensitive areas because they use a honey wax which overall takes longer and therefore drags out an already unpleasant process. For less sensitive areas it may be more suitable.
On the other hand, Rosa is a magician with eyebrows. I have never had a good eyebrow arch or shape until I met Rosa. I've been going to her for my brows for years now even though I've moved an hour away. Her employees also do a good job, some almost as good as Rosa herself. A visit with Rosa is an absolute necessity before a major event now. Everyone I've met at Rosa's has been friendly. Sometimes there is a line for seeing Rosa even though she has someone else there because so many people have been enchanted by Rosa's work. Highly recommend!
I come here often to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady who just did my eyebrows it was her first time doing them. She didn’t ask me how I wanted them she just begin to proceed and I felt her tweezing a lot. Which I never get my eyebrows tweezed. I do not like how she shaped my brows . This is my second time being disappointed in the service but the last time was months ago and every time after was fine. I asked the receptionist who cashed me out if she could tell me the name of the person who did my eyebrows the previous time ( the previous person did an amazing job) that way I could come back and get them fixed and she couldn’t. I will not be returning to this location again.
Anjy was amazing !! She was nice , quick and effective ! Literally ha da nice genuine conversation with her while doing my eyebrows and it felt like the time went by so fast! She did my eyebrows justice , they look phenomenal!! And she’s very precise
The lady their wasnt even speaking to me only to sit me down . Didnt ask me how i wanted my eyebrows just went right ahead and did it . No one was their for her to even be rushing on my eyebrows didnt bother to even clean it up right . They are not even . Worst expirence
Very long and painful process. Asked for a local numbing treatment since my eyes tear up during threading and got witch hazel toner. She made my eyebrows asymmetrical and blamed the 'lotion', but when I reminded her it was just a witch hazel toner she said it was because my skin was oily. When she matched to the botched eyebrow, the final result was really thin eyebrows. Took 20 minutes and had to wait about 30 minutes for the service. Not worth the $$ and overrated.
