Quick Facts About Rose Nail

Rose Nail place has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One strength of Rose Nail place is that they have a friendly staff. Several comments mention that the staff was nice and friendly. This is an important attribute for a service-based business as it helps create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers.
Another strength is that they have a wide range of colors and options for customers to choose from. One comment mentions that the blue color was pretty. Having a variety of colors and options allows customers to personalize their nail services and find something that suits their preferences.
Additionally, Rose Nail place has a nail technician named Van who is skilled at making nails look good. Despite some negative experiences, one commenter mentions that Van knows how to make nails look good. This suggests that there is at least one skilled technician at the salon.
However, there are also several weaknesses that have been highlighted by the comments. One major weakness is the poor customer service experienced by some customers. One commenter mentions that they had to wait for a long time and were not satisfied with the service they received. Another commenter mentions that the staff lacks respect and may even treat customers differently based on appearance.
Another weakness is the inconsistency in prices. Several commenters mention that they received different prices each time they visited, even for the same services. This inconsistency can lead to confusion and mistrust among customers.
Furthermore, there have been complaints about the quality of the services provided. One commenter mentions that they had a gel pedicure where dirty utensils/files were used. Another commenter mentions that their nails were cut, acrylic was dripping, and the nails were shaped incorrectly. These experiences suggest that there may be issues with the quality control and attention to detail at Rose Nail place.
Finally, there is a complaint about the expiry date of a gift card not being honored. This lack of accommodation and understanding towards a customer's situation can leave a negative impression and potentially deter future business.
In conclusion, Rose Nail place has strengths in terms of having a friendly staff, a wide range of color options, and at least one skilled technician. However, they also have weaknesses in the form of poor customer service, inconsistency in prices, quality control issues, and lack of understanding towards customer situations. These weaknesses can significantly impact the overall customer experience and may lead to a loss of business.

I came to Rose’s Nails to get a spa pedicure as I do each month. I usually request Van (one of the owners). I called and asked if I could schedule an appointment with her. They said she had a 11:00 appt scheduled already and that I could come at 1 pm. I said I don’t want to wait that long I’ll come now and anyone can do it. I got here and Van’s client was late. At 11:30 Van started my pedicure and the woman showed up at 11:45. Van said sorry, got up, and went over to do her clients nails. There was nobody else available to even finish me right away. I waited atleast 20 minutes before someone else finished up and came to pick up where Van left off. The client is now done and gone and I’m still sitting here drying my toes. I should have been here an hour tops. It’s going on 2 hours. They charged me the full price of $40 on top of this horrible service. I never had a problem here. I will not spend my money here anymore. You have to earn my business and unfortunately they have not!
Weren’t really the friendliest and the price was way too much for what was done. It was only a French tip… and it was $50… You’re better off going somewhere else. They aren’t really the cutest, wouldn’t come back. The blue is pretty tho.. :/
Worst experience ever! Went in for a gel pedicure and they used dirty utensils/files. Before even painting my toes the lady took me to her desk to paint my nails. After telling her 3 times I did not want a manicure, the owner came over and asked me 2 more times if I wanted a manicure. Finally, I was able to go to the back desk to get my toes painted, but had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come actually put gel on my toes. I will never be coming back! Disgusting place with extremely rude employees.
i asked for the specific shape in the photo listed, when they added the nails they shaped it different, then i corrected them and they still made them wide and chunky. i was cut 3 separate times, acrylic dripping under my nails, crooked nails, not one, but three, when i asked for a fix, because it was also LIFTING, she said it was fine. i was here for two and a half hours, she filed my nails very aggressively, being so, she kept cutting me, since acrylic was dripping, she pushed down on my cuticle area causing immense pain and they still hurt hours later. i left with these big chunky nails and they weren’t even dry so i had to go back in. very unprofessional, very rude. i would never go here again. would never recommend. the one lady her was very nice and dried them more and fixed smudging.
I was going to rose nails for a couple years around 2014-2016, I stopped going because I found them to be inconsistent with prices and didn’t like the atmosphere. I gave them another try this past week and the service is just as awful as it’s always been. As soon as a sat down I could tell the nail tech was aggravated. She then took cuticle cutters and ripped off the top of my thumb and middle finger nails which caused me to start bleeding. After I had already told the nail tech and Rose that these were my natural nails and did not need removal. My nails have been sore for days.I find that the staff here really lacks respect and are down right racist. They treat you different according to your appearance, it is evident. In addition they give you a different price each time, even if you received the same services repeatedly. I have never had a good experience here and I would not recommend it to anyone, take your money elsewhere!!!
Vinny at Rose nails… my mom received a gift-card last summer (late august 2021). Her husband was very sick and immunocompromised. She was his full time caretaker so she could not use it in order to to keep herself safe in result him safe from natural germs. You would not accept her gift-card today that JUST expired. For your information, we just came off a global pandemic so you really should be more accommodating for newly expired giftcards.
Don’t go to Rose Nails if you want to deal with a manager that has compassion and understandable customer service.
They are so greedy and that lady van her attitude is too much. Im already paying her alot every time I go and even if i just get a refill and short nails she makes me pay the same high price. Every time i ask her about the price beforehand she says a number but keeps on adding 5 dollars at the end for no reason. The reason i went to her more than once is that she actually knows how to make your nails look good but she rushed me last time even though I had made an appointment 4 days before and the end result is not as neat and wasn't worth the price. I hate the fact that she literally tells me what to get and criticize my nail design sometimes.
The staff was nice. But they do not know how to do nails. I repeatedly explained them what I wanted and showed pictures. They ignored everything I wanted and continued giving me something I do not that. They just aren’t that good . I inserted pictures of what I wanted and the right is what I got
