I made an appointment over the phone with Van and he took me exactly at my time. He could not have been nicer and he did a great job! I feel Van and his wife work very hard and try to make every client feel like they are getting the best they can get. I was very impressed with Van and his wife and Rose Nails. They are hard working people and very kind! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
Definitely returning, this is my place for sure! Instantly greeted with friendly people excited to have me there. They did really quick, superb work on my first-ever gel manicure - I'm sold on that from now on. So polite and kind ringing me up and wishing me happy holidays. Looking forward to going back one day!

I will not return and I will not recommend. I waited 40 minutes for a scheduled manicure. The manicure was rushed and poorly done. The technician was rough and cut into my cuticle and drew blood. There are bubbles in my acrylics and when I pointed this out I was told that they were just too busy to fix it. On the bright side, it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Beware!

This is my favorite nail place ever. What a wonderful family that does wonderful work. It was the best mani/pedi I ever had.
I was satisfied the first time I went for a pedicure about 2 months ago even though I had a small open area on the inner side of my foot where the callous remover (the thing like a cheese grater) must have rubbed one too many times. It healed without incident and I thought it was just a fluke. At my last visit a few days ago they were extremely busy and I didn't get in a chair until about 20 minutes after my appointment time. That in itself was not a huge deal. However the person doing my pedicure was rushing along and quite rough. I sustained an abrasion on the top of my 4th toe just below the nail. At first I couldn't figure out why I had a burning sensation on the toe and it became evident later after I got home. I am not at risk for slow healing or infections but diabetics and people with peripheral vascular disease beware!! I will seek my pedicures elsewhere in the future.
